Fed ex had a box waiting for me after an ER visit for my daughter this morning that has come down with pneumonia. Nice new Athlon Argos 8-34x56 FFP with medium rings. Mounted it on a Gen 1 .22 Mrod for now and I have to say that FFP is pretty nice and it’s surprisingly clear even at 34x. More may be in my future.

A set of walnut grips for Willie G.  He kinda got jealous of his Twisted Sister in my avatar. I will do a light ebony stain and a light satin finish. He also needs some flat black paint touch up. He's been pulling some heavy duty in the snake killin' bidness.
The old one piece plastic grips will go back on the Hoola Hoop Benjamin.

 I buy them from https://www.creedmoorsports.com/.    They are made by Vogel and really are a quality pellet. My favorite wadcutter is Meisterkugeln but these Vogels are just as good but only come in the 8.17 grain variety.

Just ordered 4 tins. Of all the .177's I have, I bet something will shoot them some what like the Meisters. After all, who doesn't want another 2000 quality pellets for $40 shipped!

I believe they are wadcutters.... at least that is what Vogel states.
I only saw the one listed under the "Creedmoor" brand on their website, other than name brand pellets from other manufactures.

I will confirm when they get here unless Eric chimes in.

 Guess it was my lucky day, as this was waiting for me at the door when I got home.

 After a few shots to test function, I made a nice 5 shot small ragged hole with .25 cal. AA pellets. So far I am liking it very much, will get some chrono numbers and try some home cast pellets in it too.

That’s a great deal!  So happy for ya.  I keep reading, in your gun list, that you have a Royale 400 .22.  I wish that I had not sold mine.  I have a fantastic Streamline AND Wildcat...  why do I want a 400 again???  I think what you have is contagious 😷!!!

Almost bought a new pistol while patrolling Walmart. Gamo p-430 dual ammo. I cant find any info and it doesn't exist on Gamos website or walmarts...

Had a kid looking at every single packaging for pistols. Told him the 1377 was the best choice IMHO because of the lack of need for co2 and it has more power than any of these other ones.  He got staff to pull it out the case and payed for it right there at the sporting goods counter along with 2 tins of Crosman pointed pellets(on sale here for 2.12$ a tin.)

IIRC someone posted a thread about that very p430 not all that long ago.

I just snagged these target style grips for the BlueFork 1911 (crosman pistol) trigger group.
 Figured for $8 if they don't fit to my satisfaction,  I am not out a lot of coin.
