The 19/125 is the one used in the NPXL and is used in the Hatsan 125/135 conversions. (Walther Talon included as it's a 125)

A search for N-Forcer brings up a lot of info on conversions here at GTA.
 

Now I don't recall if anyone has posted an image of the NP2 Gas Piston along side say the NPXL piston.
Or if exact dimensions/stroke have been posted on the NP2 Gas Piston.
Rod sent me some information in a PM. Maybe We need to shake him down for better info since he has one laying around?

What PFE are you guys really getting from the NP2 that claim 26 FPE ?

Yes, same power design. The only differences is the scope groove and a slightly different stock. Why the .22 Trail NP2 is $50 more than the .22 Phoenix at most major on-line suppliers is a "dang" good question !

Mostly all manufacturers inflate their lead FPS...probably because they use the lightest lead pellets possible. Is that being deceptive ? Ya, and it would be nice if they listed the pellet that they used to make things easier for us consumers. The .22 NP2 in either version should get between 825 and 850 FPS with the common 14.33 grain pellet with around (give or take) 23 FPE which is a little above average for this type of a rifle and good enough for small game at the right distance.

I'm thinking on giving Paul at N-Forcer another call and ask if I can ship my spare Crosman Gas Piston to him and have him match it for me with one theirs. Before, I do that I want to try and educate myself a bit or maybe learn from someone else's mistake. I want to make sure I ask the right questions and can answer his without wasting to much of his time. One of my first questions I want to try and answer before calling would be, "What would be the best psi to charge it at?".

Oh and Jay I would be thrilled to get 23 fpe with this upgrade. I just want to keep it safe. As a couple of the guys have already posted, the easiest and most practical way to achieve this would be to simply buy another gun of the same model. I have it in my head to bring this gun to where I want it and will try every avenue before going that route.

Rod if buying a new one would get you 23FPS is questionable from what guys are posting. In Cabello's video he gets 19. If I knew I could get 21-22 like some guys I would order.

Ya Rob, that's one reason I would lean towards a used gun from a trusted seller. Most probably a member of the GTA.

My gun seems to be picking up as it breaks in. After I tuned and installed the new seal and gas piston it was averaging about 715 fps with Premeir Domes. When I chronied it after 1000 shots it had picked up to 725 fps with the same pellets.

Now as I'm approaching 2000 shots, besides the gun settling down, it feels like it shooting harder, but I won't know until I chrony it again.

I wasn't in on the initial post on your problem but did you do the JB paste job on your barrel? Did you push a pellet thought the bore to look for tight spots?

I did not do the JB Paste Job, but I did push a pellet through. Looking down the barrel, everything looked clean to me. I did run a small bit of cleaning solvent through it a couple of times. I made sure everything was out before shooting the gun

 yes, it does. you pay more and also receive a little more too

As I have said repeatedly - the NP@ is a whole lot of gun for less then 200$ .
  @ 25 yards it shoots clean thru a 1 gallon metal paint can filled with water .
  If you want more ; go for a more expensive and/or bigger caliber gun .
 Far more killing's been done with a .22 caliber bullet then all the other calibers combined .......
  shot placement has been proven time and time again to mean more then caliber size .
 The NP2  is one of the most powerful sub $200 .22 pellet guns available ; you want a hunting pellet rifle ? 
 Then I recommend you shell out $500+
  and get the FPE you seek

 I remember the time i was still a babe and seeking raw power. but now i know id take accuracy over power any day. Shot placement is key

No doubt the NP2 a great gun for the money. I enjoy mine. I also like tinkering with it and posting my results. I have a stronger PCP that is pushing 40 fpe that is a nail driver, but I keep getting drawn back to my NP2. At this time it's my favorite pellet gun.

The NP2's are my favorite as well ! I love my 1400's ........but the NP2 is something special
