I'd like to know if the Benjamin Phoenix NP2 Air Rifle has the same power plant as the other NP2 22 cal.What PFE are you guys really getting from the NP2 that claim 26 FPE ?
This is why Im not eager to purchase the one in my local area for $150...

As I have said repeatedly - the NP@ is a whole lot of gun for less then 200$ . @ 25 yards it shoots clean thru a 1 gallon metal paint can filled with water . If you want more ; go for a more expensive and/or bigger caliber gun . Far more killing's been done with a .22 caliber bullet then all the other calibers combined ....... shot placement has been proven time and time again to mean more then caliber size . The NP2 is one of the most powerful sub $200 .22 pellet guns available ; you want a hunting pellet rifle ? Then I recommend you shell out $500+ and get the FPE you seek
