Man, I am not going along with that statement about Ruger! Hogwash! I have quite a number of newer Ruger's and they are some of the finest pistols on the market. And I dare you to find better customer service anywhere!

I think he meant that after Bill died his son turned the company around by updating their designs and materials.
The Rugers of today that are generating income are their 1911 and AR15. Both of which ole Bill loathed.

Ruger has taken many awards over the past recent years with a number of weapons, well beyond the 1911 or AR15. I do not want to get into this on a Airgun forum, but someone should do a little research. By the way, recently they gave 1 million dollars to the NRA after exceeding their sales goals.
