In addition to my email to Hans, I have sent AOA an email asking them explicitly what role (if any...) they played in Weihrauch's decision.
Their reply should be interesting, if they even bother.

If you get an answer I will be shocked and might have a heart attack ....now where's that low dose aspirin just in case

I would love to see what could be "MADE UP" to justify this as a fair in the consumers interest action.

Not from HW, but then again it took a few days for Hans to respond to my "date of mfr" request a few months ago.  I'm guessing that in addition to the usual 2-3 day delay, now he's trying to figure out the monetary ramifications of his recent action and construct an appropriate response.
And of course nothing from AoA.

problem is people keep buying his stuff.....we don't need to there are other brands other than the AOA exclusives of Daystate, FX, and now maybe HW

AOA paid them off.
Bob Beeman did the same thing.
He was the sole importer of HW products when he was in business.
When SR Industries bought his company name, they lost his sole HW import rights.
So, I guess this means when PA exhausts their supply of HW products, they are through, too.
It all comes down to money....

Wheres the liability??  If anywhere it would be SSSO not HW

AOA thinks we are stupid ...they only did it to protect HW give me a break

So lets say I buy and ship a rifle to say Windsor I bring it across to Detroit....magically it was totally legal but HW is liable for my actions

Well if thats the case, someone better warn Toyota and Mercades Benz. They are a great risk.

They have offered some lame excuses: Including the Canadian dealer is free riding on their warranty and advertisement expenses promoting HW and they are saving somebody from some imagined liability issue.  The US has no power restrictions on air rifles so if brought into US no problem. Germany and their products are not banned from US trade in fact Germany is on the US "most preferred nation" Trade Status List. It's not like we are sneaking banned Cuban Cigars in. Where is the liability? Air powered rifles are not firearms in the US.

Trust me on this anybody that sought out SSSO would NEVER go to them(US SOURCE) for warranty or information they want to wash their hands of them.
 
That’s why I have written HW and said I wont buy there stuff again ever if they don’t review the directive to SSSO

Emailed HW again yesterday asking if they've made any decisions...worried that they'll drag their feet in the hopes that this will fade with time.

James is great for kits, just got 2 from him an they got here in just a couple of days. Sadly he said some parts like HW cocking shoes have gone up so much that he refuses to carry them any longer. Also he is out of stock on barrel shims. Just a heads up.

Reminds me of a couple decades ago when parts for my Beeman imported HW springers were hard to get, expensive, and really poor turnaround times! LOL....that is one of the reasons I bought benchtop metalworking equipment and started making my own replacement parts. Now I only need to buy commercially available orings for use as a piston seal and the orings cost less than $10 for 50 military specification Viton seals!  I also made stock mounting screws from socket head cap screws to replace those slotted screws that required a flat bladed screw driver to tighten.
