G'day Airgunners,
I'm looking for the very best [parts/prices/service] to purchase seals, [breach/piston] and other parts for my [San Raphael] Beeman R-7-177, R-10-177, R-10-22 & P1 Magnum-177 air rifles and pistol.

I'm especially interested in the seals, but it would be nice to know I can get any replacement parts for these very valuable airguns.

Help Please?

Vernon, seals and springs can be had from Vortek Products and Air Rifle Headquarters. There are a few British and Canadian firms who sell parts also. I know that PyramydAir also carries spare parts, but I can't comment on what Beeman/HW parts they might have. After market support for HW and Diana guns is excellent. I just installed a Vortek PG2 kit in my Diana 48 and the results have been very, very good.

Jim Maccari ("Air Rifle Headquarters") of course makes superb springs, and also sells a wide range of piston seals, breech seals, and other goodies for all Weihrauch-made airguns.

Not if your in the USA anymore. HW received complaints from a large US dealer and SS are now forbidden from shipping anything to the US. How do I know this ? They just told me on the phone 2 days ago. Man does that not so good !!!

James is great for kits, just got 2 from him an they got here in just a couple of days. Sadly he said some parts like HW cocking shoes have gone up so much that he refuses to carry them any longer. Also he is out of stock on barrel shims. Just a heads up.

That is TERRIBLE news about Specialty Shooting. They have excellent customer service, extremely fair pricing (and fair shipping), and the best selection of parts for our Weihrauchs.
That's not cool at all. Grump, any idea who made the complaint or why? The cynic in me is leaning toward a competitor in the marketplace, not liking the fact that SSSO offered low pricing without shameless markup.
This needs looking into. dangit, I was planning on buying another R11 barrel for an R9 project.

I would suspect a predatory importer in the western area of US ....poor customer service, price fixing , undercutting their own dealers so they don't grow too big. They could not compete with actions like that so they used a nasty back door method....what the heck what about NAFTA and US anti price fixing laws??

Do write HW and point out this action has lost them a loyal repeat customer as you refuse to deal with the US source which provides horrible customer support.

If this decision isn't reversed, I'm done with HW's. I was hesitant to do business with their US retailer before this, now I'll be darn if they ever get a penny from me.
So much for my custom R9 project this winter.

Yup. Just got of the phone with them. Every word is true. Even the west coast retailer speculation.
We need to get this gravy train going.
Pyramid air just got ALL my domestic business. From here on out. And if Hans doesnt fix this, i will be Hatsan USA forever!

Hello Hans. Firstly i would like to thank you for your dedication and hard work. I have a lifetime of proudly shooting your rifles.

Some of my collection are 30 plus years old. Support is VERY important. I realize the Beeman R1 series of guns is a super small slice of the industry. Please understand that we have been with HW through good AND bad times.

There is a growing movement against HW because of their sanctions against Specialty Shooting Sports. All of us support SSS because of their knowledge and sincere support of YOUR products.

We do NOT support AirgunsOf Arizona because of their lack of knowledge and parts. This is why we choose Pyramid Air over AOA.

Please reconsider SSS as an American vendor. Also understand that free commerce sanctions like these are not legal here and looked upon EXTREEMLY unfavorable for HW as well as AOA.

We are all unanimously agreeing to boycott AOA to include HW products.

Believe me when i tell you, i am not looking forward to starting a new family tradition with Hatsan USA.

Please good sir. I beg you. Reconsider your position with AOA. SSS is universally considered to be a wonderful ambassador for your products.

I have yet to see anyone as passionate about your company as SSS.
