Hi guys, how you doing?I am thinking of buying a Hawke Varmint SF 4-16x44 to install on my Synrod .22.I pretend to shoot in distances from 20 to 100 meters.A friend told me that the reticle is too thick, and I should get a Vector 4.5-14x44FFP. What do you guys think?

Thank you for the answers!Laz, do you remember the distance that the soda was and the scope magnification of this pic? These are good news! I think that one thing that could be added on the Varmint to make it a better scope is some extra dots. Maybe 2 or 3. Most airguns starts to decrease really fast after long distances, and extra dots could be usefull.More opinions?
Some say that this scope have minimal spaces between the dots. This picture shows what I am saying. Its 20x at 25 yards. The guy who made the video said that he sold the scope just because of that. What do you guys think? The camera was not correct positioned?
