Hey all,

Renval and I are talking about getting together this Saturday. I'm free all day and already have some friends coming over for a little fun shoot so the more the merrier. Renval has kindly offered us use of his Chrony, as well.

Hopefully some of you have some spinner or other targets you could bring. My bait station got stolen by someone, so we'll have to put some walking in to find the ground squirrels, but if we get the rain we're supposed to, they'll be out.

For those of you that haven't posted your email publicly, please pm it to me so I can group email all of you specifics if any of you can make it out. Or you can shoot me an email either way. austineasleyinfo @ gmail.com. I don't want to send 5 different pm's asking for emails but if I don't hear from anyone I suppose I will.

I also have a .177 straight shooters sampler pack that you can try out if you want to find the best pellet for your .177. I have .20 and .22 packs on the way but I doubt they'll be here by Saturday.

PS, im a welder by trade and have lots of PB shooting steel, and i make my own airgun targets with scraps from work, (spinners, gongs, etc)

Hey fellas!!! Wifey is taking a trip up north with our baby so, i have this weekend off. I was thinking either motorcyles, dirtbikes or shoot something. I went shooting powderburners all day last sunday,  (ar15, varmint 17hmr, shotguns and pistols) and my airrifles have been collecting dust!  need to get out there and sling some lead that i dont need earplugs for. Where are you guys planning on meeting up at this weekend? I know of a piece of BLM land in lake elsinore/perris desert. Its 40mins up the 15 from me here in oceanside. Sometimes that BLM land has crazy folks shooting stuff they shouldnt have, or setting off those reactive targets that go boom. If you fellas know a place with atleast 100yds or squirells to pop, coun me in !!!!!

Have both 100 yards plus occasional ground squirrels by my place in Riverside. Also miles of dirt bike and offroad track here too. I generally go shoot targets in a little canyon by some unused train tracks. If you look up Jennings court in Moroni Valley on Google Earth, you can see the general area.

Next time you are over at that big Bass Pro Shops, take a look for me to see what kind of Chrony's they have.
I have a $100 gift card for there, and would love to come out there sometime to check it out.
I've never been to that store yet, and from what I hear, it's pretty dang HUGE.

I haven't seen any chrony's at Bass Pro. I actually need to get my tanks filled soon and I usually always go to Bass Pro while I wait for them to get filled at a paintball store down the road. I'll check and find out when I go this weekend.

Hi Henry,
Don't waste your time looking at their chronograph's for me. I've already checked. The only one they carry is the RCBS one, and it is pretty cheap and flimsy. I talked to them the other day to see if they would do a special order for a Shooting Chrony brand, and they would not do it.
  I really don't know of anything else they carry that I would want... and it's really to far from me to just go "shopping" for an impulse buy.
  I may just offer up the gift certificate to anyone for $80.
