Think you got it nailed Bill!
Dinh, you might want to check your safety as well. Once that small safety issue was corrected, mine has been trouble free and a pleasure to shoot so far.

So, no need for any grinding.I went through my drawer of scope mounts, and found 3 sets that fits onto the P-pup's weaver rail. Unfortunately, they're not tall enough enough. I scoured thru Amazon and found that Monstrum has a few rings that they indicate will both weaver and picatinny. They also indicate when a mount is for picatinny only. I have a 30mm high set on the way.https://a.co/d/cuCMSvPThe P-pup drew first blood today on a nutter. 40yd shot with the gun braced up against a deck beam.

Some only go to down to 20mm and apparently this rail is just a tad smaller at 19 and change.
John, it looks like the gentleman on the other forum is going to go ahead with the Pinty Bullpup magazines. I will let you know when he is far enough along to consider payment and how that can be arrainged.

Just trying to help other members life a little easier, not argue about actual specs. Here are screen shots of descriptions of 2 their scope mount models.
