I just received an email stating that my gun was indeed the result of a manufacturing error, that SOME guns have incorrect rails. They offered that correct rails could be available in 30days OR a thirty dollar credit. I asked for a correct gun.

Hi,

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Upon checking with our technician, the factory made a mistake during production, resulting in some products having rail sizes that are not 22mm. We have requested the factory to custom-make a new batch rail with the correct rail sizes, which is expected to be completed in one month. Can you wait for the part?

Alternatively, if you can find a use for the item, we would like to issue you a refund of $30 as compensation.

Please let us know your thoughts.

Did submit an inquiry as to the rail difference, have not yet heard back

Am I to understand you have a choice on 30$ or
wait for the correct rail to arrive, then they will send you one ?
or Both ?

This is great news, I reached out to Pinty about this the day after I received my Bullpup but there was no resolution at that time. I will contact them again to make sure I too get the proper rail if it is available.

I placed my order on Thursday, and have yet to receive any other emails, besides the initial sales confirmation.
I wonder if this whole rail issue is the reason for the delay.

I have not tried any other scope on my bullpup, but the Pinty scope I ordered on eBay, the same day I ordered the rifle, fits on my rail just fine.

With Weaver rings I had no issue mounting one of my Vector Optics scopes on my Bullpup. Picatinny rings would not work with the rail.
It seems manufacturers take great liberty with the Picatinny standard.

Anybody know if the bullpup (and rifle) have the huben reg like the p-force does?

Also, the p-rifle is 220 with the gta code. Shipping is free but youdo have tax on top of the 220.

The Bullpup regulator does not match anything showing on the Huben Power website and is likely a Snowpeak product. Huma makes regulators for the P15 and P35 one of which will probably fit the Bullpup.

Added some goodies to the bullpup. 3-way 3D printed tank-mounted picatinny rail set and a bipod that collapses small enough to match the barrel and airtube.

It is the middle mount in the photo, and while it fits tight I decided to glue it in place to be sure it wouldn't move

The bipod I ordered on Temu (!) for a total of $13 including shipping. I ordered it on the 15th and it arrived today.

I took the money......
Machined the 19mm picatinney lugs off of the rail, drilled and tapped and mounted an aluminum 21mm picatinney rail. Perfect!!
Getting late and very windy but I took a few shots resting on my boat trailer, 22 yards. In one mag it's sighted in, all pellets(JSB 15.89@870) touching. Hopefully the wind drops off tomorrow and I'll reach out to 50 plus, or a hundred if it likes it.

I pretty much did the same with the option 2 they gave me
I had some shim stock left over from my machinist days, cut a few for my mounts, clearance issue solved
installed a Discoveryopt scope, aired it up launched a few 14.3 Premier out to bot 18yds, WOW! impressed with the out come

intention was a teardown, but as better to be expected may just leave well enough alone till Spring
most likely push a few out to 50yds at a later time
Do anything at 50yrds an beyond ?

having a different challenge coming into play, Ya, next order will be their 10 shot Long Gun
