Moderator baffles?

Hi, I own a couple of air rifles, but the ones I tend to use are my hatsan factor (which is finally fixed!) and my remington Trex bullpup, both are cracking tools in their own right, but I do have a small issue with the trex!
Its too loud!
While I plan to invest in an adapter to allow me to fit a moderator, I took a little time to figure out "why" a shrouded barrel was so freakin noisy!

I removed the shroud and while it does have baffles, I determined the shroud design allows me to slide it further forward on the barrel, so I can add more baffles as necessary, or I could swap them out with something more effective.
Sooo... Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look for baffles with an OD of 22mm? (ID is 6.15mm, but that's not essential since I can re-bore them to suit)

Umm... how does asking for advice on obtaining the relevant components to upgrade an existing part to be more effective break the rules?

   Rules & regulations are needed . Since you look to be in UK , and  search engine hasn’t helped, it sounds like the search engine also has their set of Rules & Regulations , they need to abide by.

In this case the discussion concerns a device that is integral to the air rifle in question and not removable.

These days 3D printing would be the best solution especially if you're looking for an optimal geometry, there are plenty of firms in the UK like this one where you can upload a file and get parts printed and you don't need to be an expert in 3D modelling to design a simple but effective "M" baffle that can be stacked.

I agree about rules and regulations and if I inadvertently broke the rules without realising it, I would have accepted the thread's removal without complaint.

You're correct about my being in the UK, and from what I found about local laws, there are no rules about moderators here, though the locals appreciate their use to reduce disturbing the peace.
As for google; I'm inclined to agree, especially since many search engines are US based and I'm more than aware of the ATF fiasco.

You are correct; the barrel was shrouded "out of the box" so to speak and going without it is definitely NOT an option, it's bad enough with the shroud and infinitely WORSE without it...
As I said in my original post; the existing baffles just don't do a good enough job.

I'm a pretty good shot and even when shooting the T-Rex while free standing, I consistently shoot what would be kill shots from my sub12 air rifles...
However, no matter how many times I shot at rats with the T-Rex, I missed!
I checked and re-checked my scope and shot the target; dead on. I shot at the rats again, and MISSED!
So, I painted the back of the pellets and used my scope cam to watch... , and got a perfect video of the rats jumping in fright at the "bark" and the pellets passing UNDER the rodent, right where the darn thing was when I took the shot LOL
So... time to upgrade the baffles and if that fails, purchase and fit a supressor as necessary.

I find the idea of 3dprinting something is intriguing, so I'll look into it.
I'll also look into something I have in mind, but since going into detail on what I find could infringe on rule#12 I'll just share whether I had any success or not when I get the chance to try it out.

There are some free 3D software programs like Sketchup that with a modicum of effort can be used to create something useful.  Here is an example of a so-called K-baffle, something similar with the right outer and inner diameter stacks up nicely and is very effective.

Thank you for the link you provided, the person I have been speaking with gave me an STL file with everyhing to dimension, I'll be getting it printed on wednesday
