Yep. I haven't even been criticized for using my R7.177 to eliminate my squirrel infestation.  I've taken fourteen so far. Most were taken at 22 yards, then 12 yards next with two taken at 30 yards.

A few years ago I posted on a nongun forum about how our truck and trailer hit a prairie dog that suddenly swerved back INTO our path on a 65-mph highway. A place often littered with many dead PDs who also met the same end. I described the foul, rancid-fat stench of a fresh Splatypus, and how difficult it was to clean it off the trailer and load.

ONE person, someone whose name had never appeared on that forum before, lambasted me for not having empathy towards an animal we had killed! As if it had been a deliberate act, and as if warning others how disgusting Splatypus flesh is was disrespectful.

So beware of single-issue whackos searching for any content that offends them. These people have no sense of perspective OR humor.

No that idjit just had the wrong perspective. The poor pd was clearly suicidal no longer wishing to live in this cruel woyld and ended his pain instantly via his choice.
