Two more yard pests got a .177 cal. sleeping pill this morning.
Three shots in all. Two head shots on target and one miss.
The shots were taken at 25-35 yards with the Stoger at or around 7:30 to 8:30 am.

I sat on my deck this morning and saw at least two different squirrels moving in the Live Oak trees that surround our property.  The foliage is pretty thick right now and I couldn’t get a good clear shot without shifting my position.  That would have spooked the squirrels so I sat tight and watched them.  After about fifteen minutes I figured out that one squirrel was building a dray approximately 25 yards away in a White Oak tree.  I think I can get a clear shot from one of the upstairs dormer windows.  I can be patient.  Since the squirrel is building a dray it will be frequenting that tree and I’ll take my time and find the optimum spot.  Hope to post dead nutter photo soon!
