LOL.... careful, I did that once and blasted some of the keys right off never to be found again.

I pick them up at the local pawn shops when I need one. I only use them to pay my bills and come to the GTA. I don't need all that stuff in a brand new state of the art super computer.
I paid $80 for the one I'm on now and have used it for 3 or 4 years now. It's a Windows 7 unit.

When I was a kid my grandmothers TV stopped working. My dad took the cover off of it. It was full of cat hair.

   Speaking of furry critters , we got a couple more today, I took the .25 short tube Bull Boss, 55 FPE with BBT slugs, and Nick grabbed the Notos,and Red Fires.  I got the first one, Nick thinks he lost one in a knot hole, he will learn not to shoot them near a knothole lol. A bit later he got a quick draw on one that crossed the trail ahead of us and stopped too long on a fallen branch.

At first glanced, I said, whoa, thar BB has a super long barrel. Then I read your post. How many good shots can you get with that short tube, and what's the scope you've got on there?

What optic on the rifle?

It is a Sniper 4x20 with ballistic turret, I bought it as it seemed to be a good fit for a bull pup, so far I am convinced, only issue I had was one needs to check the optics mounting screws as this is sold with options, and nothing is torqued as the purchaser has to decide on their mounting options. So far I am liking it for a woods hunting optic.

Took the BSA for a walk along a dirt road at the back of the village. Rabbit at 25 yards. Up aim bang. How did I miss that one: it took off round the corner like billy/o. Ah well , I wandered round the corner 15 yards and there it was lying absolutely dead. Must have taken ten or 15 seconds to get to it . I wonder how many other rabbits I missed actually just expired in the rough. I know of at least 4 and there are definitely less rabbits around than there were .

 Them buggers sometimes have enough gas in the tank to do another lap, but hit the finish line sooner or later Good rabbit dogs are a blessing when finding what one hits.

9.30 Am.  +5 F  with light snow fall.  9mph North wind.  -9F windchill.

.22 cal. Gamo Magnum GR rifle.  .22 cal. Crosman 14.3gr. hollow point pellet.

I went for a short walk in the woods this morning and managed a gray at 35 to 40 yards.   I saw 2 and got one.

The off-hand shot went in at the shoulder blade area and passed thru the head.  No gas left in this one, it dropped on the spot.

It had been foraging on the ground.

Hi James.

I got a second one, later on this afternoon, at around 2 pm. The range was around 25 - 30 yards.

This time I was shooting 15.4 gr Gamo .22 cal. Red Fire Pellets.

The Crosman Hollow points just zip right thru but the Red Fires hit with much more impact and expansion.

I hit it dead center in the front heart lung area.  The pellet strike with the Red Fires knocked it backwards off of a log.

It destroyed the heart and exited thru the spine on the way out.

No pictures, but that's for the best anyway. The wounds were on the gruesome side.

The squirrel crawled with its front legs for about 5 feet and that was it.

Strangely enough the poi did not change much between the two different pellets.

They both shoot about the same and I did not have to adjust the scope.

 Yeah Tom them Red Fires don't mess around, my hunting partner of late has been using them, been testing some others that he says hit same POI also.
