No, I do not have any other fittings 

It snaps fine but my 17xx'xs fill probe does not even the touch the O-ring.

I tried to replace it with fatter O-rings but still a no go 

If I am to purchase a new hose for it, then I would rather return it 

Yes, it is extremely solid with high quality parts but the non-compatibility turns me off, ha!

Nice looking pump.  Like the filter and is similar to a design in my head.     Mine was longer, though. 

I think it is common to find some miss-match between the china 8mm fitting and "foster" fittings.  I have some connections that I really have to push on to get the ball bearings to snap back behind collar.  Did you try it on any other male fosters?

It is M10, not npt or bspp.  Most of the china hoses use m10.

Tried my M10 bolt and it fits.

I added another fat Harbor Freight O-ring (so there are 2 now) and it worked 





This is the 1st time I aired it up, so this is my 1st shooting with my .22 PROD with 1701P tube build 

It has a silver transfer port (medium), hammer advanced to 3 full turns, and no hammer spring preload.

I only have JSB 15.9g, so they are too heavy for the current adjustment, I think.

Seems to work well though even without religious tuning but the pellet path is truly an arc 

The sweet spot seems to start at 2800 PSI.

Oh, the MAP Disco trigger is heavenly!

No slack and it breaks crisply it is even more sensitive than my 1-stage 10/22 KIDD trigger

Mr. Jim, I believe so.

Those ultra cheap ones seem to have the right fittings.

This GX does not, or if it does the fitting was designed for longer male fill adapters.

It is a very nice pump though and beautifully made.

Hi Mr. R! Glad to see you got the first pump working, although I think you will be surprised how heavy-duty and well-built the $26 pump feels that you have incoming.

I just received mine today, did a quick test pump up to 2000psi (using the included deadhead) and it seems to be a truly quality product.

yup, nice pumps for the money..I paid more in 2016 when the best price was $100 then following yrs came down to $45 my first spare then down to $35 my second spare. Currently still using my first pump to fill 3 pcp and 2 hpa.

Might change my mind when I air up my bottle gun but I am still waiting for the adapter for it

 I used to like pumping when I was cooped up in a dumb truck Dump truck all day, but now I roam 140 acres all day doing more physical work so electric pumps do the work for me now, but them China pumps are a great value deal, I have 2 incase the power goes out and my truck batteries die, that way you can afford their bargain pcp air rifles

Quick question for those that have them;  some of these Chinese pumps, like mine according to the manual, have water in them to keep them cool.  Anybody have problems with this getting into the gun?  Also, when it comes time to rebuild a “water cooled” pump, do you put water back in, or just run it dry?

On my one pump something happened where the liquid did leak out of the pump and when I tried pumping to test it water/liquid did in fact come out of the end of the tube along with being in my water/oil filter so it would have pumped the gun full of liquid and ruined it if it was attached to the gun.  I took it apart a few weeks later and fluid was everywhere, inner tube corroded.  When I cleaned it up, replaced seals, and resealed I decided not to put any water/anti freeze back in it, not worth it for it to happen again and possibly ruin a expensive PCP gun.

So I got my GX pump today.

It is nice and a quality piece:





This is my 1st hand pump and I am wondering why the hose's tip/fitting does not connect to my 17xx fill probe; it does but it is loose and does not touch the O-ring (about 3mm or so gap) within the hose's fitting:

I am really irritated that it did not come with adequate fittings, hence I want to return it for this very reason, although the pump itself is really nicely manufactured.

There is nothing flimsy about it at all.

OK, there is a big variance between the pump refund and this optic's price, but I feel elated right now 

My stainless DC 2260 would look nice sporting a 1" tube and not so long a scope.

I am not a fan of 30mm tubes, really, and I like mine with smaller heads

That scope looks identical to the Athlon Argos HMR 2-10x42mm.

I don't see how.  There isn't any way unless a static seal went bad to allow leakage, then ANOTHER seal to go bad on the inner, final stages.

Pumping upside down while riding a roller coaster perhaps. 

Not saying it didn't happen, but the design doesn't seem to allow. 

Took mine apart before using it.  The gauge was drained due to import regs (refilled it).  Inspected the design and was pleasantly surprised with it and to learn that wasn't drained.

Maybe the mystery fluid dissolved orings? 

Probably made of heavy water knowing the communist regime!

Philip this is not the first one I've read about where the coolant/water had leaked out. I assume there was a faulty O-ring on one end or the other on the outer tube.
