I think the Gunnar is still a Kral. Which I really like the look of. But what IF it's actually a design of there own???
I have never been interested in Turkish guns either. However about 2 months ago while holding my finger over the send button for a SAM on the Crosman site.I decided more research on the SAM was prudent, I am very glad I read John’s thread on his SAM, so I bought the Kratos instead, so far I would rate it up there with the two Royale I had, one of which Knifemaker still lusts after. I had said no more foreign airguns since my Skyhawk tribulation and HOW DIANA MADE LOVE TO ALL OF US SKYHAWK BUYERS, if you get my drift. The Crosman guarantee sold me, and my Kratos is a definite winner.I still think the Gunner is a Hassan Factor, there are no other airguns that so closely match the features and visual profile out there. I have one Hatsan, another brand I thought I would never buy, but it is not a airgun, it is the Spark compressor, the jury is still out on that one, however when it fails, I will replace it with a Benjamin compressor for the same reason I got the Kratos, parts and service stateside, unlike D8ana, and obviously that one still stings. Would I buy the Gunner, again only du diligence and time will tell.Regards,Roachcreek
Wish they would figure out that the bottled Kratos gets more shots per fill than the standard tube Cayden / Akela does.
SADave - I can cover the Challenger questions as I am the lead on that project. I know enough about the 362 to be dangerous but I can always ask the lead engineer about it. John

How outstanding is it that we have Phillip and John from Crosman chiming in!!!

I bet I could get 200 shots from a single fill on low power!!!My point was the Kratos is a bottle gun. The Cayden and Akela have a regular tube. The MASSIVE shot count of my Kratos on a single fill is Jaw dropping and what drew me to it.50 shots barely moves the gauge!
