I see new turkish wood on mrods, a new Gunnar model, that looks familiar but can't place it, the syn sam, a large LDC bulldog model,

PS: I am guessing the Gunnar is another Kralman. Also looks like a 45 cal option.

Unfortunately, not seeing a side-lever on mrods, after the tease with the new crosman challenger.

Wish they would figure out that the bottled Kratos gets more shots per fill than the standard tube Cayden / Akela does.

Those Bulldogs are just so ugly though. The Gunnar is alright. I'm not interested in 45 cal but I'm glad it is offered in .22 and .25. Many people complained Crosman didn't release the Bulldog in the smaller calibers. As long as there aren't any major problems with it and with it's Impact/Prophet/Priest look about it, I think the Gunnar could be a popular rifle for them.

The Gunnar is pretty appealing . Side lever and a magazine that is below the sight line. I wonder who makes that one, it doesn’t look at all like any Kral I’ve seen.

The new synthetic 392/397 has a new stock that prevents you from seeing the iron sights, Tom Gaylord says in his pyramydair blog that they evidently stocked it for scope use but there are no rails to attach one. Looks like no one shouldered it from conception to sales.
It does make 1100 in 177 and 800 FPS in 22, but must be a instinct point and shoot gun as you can;t use the sights and has no scope rails.

It could be. They look very similar, but the receivers have allot of differences. Side-lever location, reg block, safety, etc.

Looks like it is their take on what the Factor should be, and then rebranded. May turn out to be a great rifle like the Craftsman series.

It does seem a little odd, but then Tom can be very...particular. Looking at the image, I don’t think it’s an issue but rather a question, “Why?”

I would rather see the pumper with some foreign walnut, but that would cost too much for what they treat as a legacy line.

Yes it does, I think it is due to the Pump handle/forearm being longer to give more leverage to get that 10th pump in.

Yes it is a $15.00 gun.

My first gun was a Crosman 101, the seals eventually wore out and being 11 years old on a Ranch in Central Oregon, I was ignorant of resealing airguns.

I eventually tore it apart to try to pour lead down the barrel to cast bullets for my Ted Williams 150. I was after better penetration on head shots on the bobcats and wildcats my Airedale kept treeing. That was my first attempt at casting bullets for airguns and was a dismal failure. A Ruger 22 Standard auto fixed that dilemma.

So pumpers still interest me although I would never buy one.

I am going to email crosman about updating the marauder pistol for gen2. The platform is over 10 years old without an update. No, I don't consider woods walker an update as it's just cosmetics. My wish list for gen 2 PRod as follows.

1. Regulator.
2. LW Barrel.
3. Pincatinny scope rail.
4. Pincatinny rail at bottom of forearm for bipod attachment.
5. New skeleton stock design that can store extra magazines and make it adjustable. The current skeleton stock is so dated and only serves one function.
6. Make the fill cap a screw on like the marauder rifle. I am still having a difficult time removing pop off fill cap.
7. There must be a better solution for the trigger stop. It gets annoying getting scratched by the protruding screw everytime picking up my pistol.

Please crosman, give us a gen 2 marauder pistol.
