Well so much for burning. Hit it with a weed burner on high for 30min. Threw gas on it and it flared up but soon went out.🤬🤬🤬 I pointed the burner at 1 of the branches and a bunch of water came out. Got to let it dry out!! Wife is saying we should've covered the pit but I'm not to sure that would be a good idea. Who knows what would be under that cover.

Mornin y’all. Pain woke me about 0500 so I started the day off right with 1 pill. The dog came in prospecting for breakfast so I fed her. She has taken over my side of the bed since I’m confined to the recliner.

Plans are to let the chips fall where they may! Just recuperating today!

After both surgeries they sent me to PT the next day. Same Doc did both surgeries... maybe that was just his thing.
I often complain about not having strength or the full range of motion but I have to admit.. I don't have the constant pain I had before. Aches and pains in other parts of my body are far worse.

Technology! According to my smart watch I slept a total of 3 hrs. 58 min.

I stayed awake until almost 1:30 AM and woke up at 8:00 AM, something isn't mathing.

Then I go to my regular weather site and it says it is 0°F in Hemet.

It was actually 48.8°F on my back deck.

I need to get shooting instead of looking for a job. I am liking retirement practice way too much.

The frost is out of the ground so I gonna spread a bag of grass seed today. The dogs need to be walked. All maybe…I sure like not having an agenda.

Mornin y’all. Day four in “the chair”. Im going outside today. The rain has stopped and the sun is out. Not much I can do with my arm immobilized but I plan to sit in the garden and enjoy the sunshine.

Mornin y’all. I took the dang sling off last night and slept much better. Plans for today include sloth and moral turpitude with occasional ethical lapses. I plan on being incoherent, incorrigible, and (at some point) intoxicated.

Carter, that sounds like the Favre program, a six pack with each pain pill. It works well, but can have its drawbacks, like falling down the stairs with your leg in a cast….

I will likely pay off all my debts today. Since losing my job, and regaining my identity, we moved some money around. The good news is that it likely will not interfere with retirement plans much.

Good luck Kurt. One thing I made sure of when I left my job(s) that the critical stuff was paid off. No mortgage, car or boat payments to deal with. There is no way in whatever that I will go back to work again, not with the work environment of lazy, useless, narcissistic, abusive individuals that are working now.

Plans, not much set in stone. Just the usual routine around here. I had to wait on the yard to dry out some so I can work on the van. Plant a few more fruit trees and start some seed trays.

Good Morning!
I woke up and got up at 5:15 this morning. It is going to be raining off and on this morning and then steady rain after 2:00 PM.

As far as plans, it's time to rebuild my shower diverter in the master bathroom again. The head on the handle screw stripped, so I will need to start by drilling that screw out. The whole job won't take long. Then, I will take it easy mostly. We do have Bible Study tonight.

Yup, I'm up.
Boss ate and been out and I'm halfways through my 20 oz up in a cup.

Getting ready to head out to the shop and clean up after yesterday's compressor project.
I need to bring a bunch of guns in and put them where they belong while I wait for UPS to bring the THammer trigger sear for the P-Force. That gun will be the focus for the day.
A quick run to the PO this morning to drop off an outgoing package.

Good Morning from a rainy So Cal. It's pouring right now.

I got up at 4:27 this morning.

Rain and scattered thunderstorms for the afternoon with a high around 50F. Winds SW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 100% With rainfall totals over an inch and winds WSW 18 mph with possible occasionally gust over 40 mph.

I am hoping the wind doesn't get over 20mph or so.

I plan to stay in and stay dry.

I am going to discourage my wife from going to her stitching group today, I would rather she wasn't driving in the rain with the idiots that won't slow down and will likely hydroplane and crash today taking out some cautious drivers with them when they do.

I just checked my rain gauge in my backyard, and we got over an inch of rain already overnight.

So, at the forecast rate for the rest of the day we will likely get over 2 inches total today!

I see a lot of mowing in my near future.

My wife is staying home and had decided to do so without/before my encouraging her to do so.

Bladder alarm went off at 0700 and the snooze button didn't work 😡. Layed back down to see if I could go back to sleep for about half an hour and finally gave up. Suppose to get a half an inch of rain today but it doesn't look like it will be here until late afternoon. Wish the PO wouldn't have been playing ping pong ball with the super lube I ordered. It's spent a week bouncing around the Phoenix area. It's at least the second time they've did that.🤬🤬

Got my gun back from the shop. Jacked up the mower and replaced the old blades with new ones halfway torqueing my shoulders out of socket under there with the impact wrench but got it done. Now it's ready once I get all the limbs out of the yard.
