Yep... I didn't watch the weather before I reported my plans earlier. Supposed to be 91 and sunny. The cool down begins tomorrow. Glad I got most of the mowing done early. Might be a good day to hang out in the a/c of the Castin' Shack and make pellets.

I have that site bookmarked.

 So, is it one of the better ones for your area too? In our winter (rainy season) the live radar map they use helps see what is currently on the way.

Good morning GTA! Happy Tuesday! I got up just before 0530. I’m at work, a couple reach in coolers that might be nuisance calls. Another tech was here last week and everything was supposedly working. I’ll find out when I go inside. I’m a daily user of Weather Underground also. Has been most reliable for me and I guess I’ve been using it for about 8 years or more. It was 45* when I got up this morning, felt very nice.

I used to look at it every morning before riding my motorcycle to work so I would have an idea how the ride home might be.

Mornin Y'all!  The bossman is messin with my schedule.  He wants me off for the next two days and then come in on Thursday to supervise any post hurricane clean-up.  So I've been up since 0530 this a.m.  Took myself out to the sand quarry just at sunup with the new C3622 and a trusty model 1400 and had a little shootout.  Now I'm surfing and waiting for some family members who are evacuating from the Tampa area.  Mom and the memsahib have gone to Atlanta on business so they are well out of it.  We'll get some wind, rain, and maybe a bit of storm surge from this one.  Tampa's gonna get stomped.

Walked the sand before work.  Swung into Costco for some fuel then over to get a cup of coffee.  Parked in the yard and dozed off until time to start.  Easy day at work.  Donated blood late morning and skated work early.  Came home and headed back out with the peeps to pick up C at school and we went to Bass Pro and wandered around.  Just got home.  I’ll fire up the pellet grill in a bit and char some flank steak for Micah’s 22nd birthday dinner.

Overnight temps have been dropping to the mid 50°'sF so that's nice, right now it is 98°F with 10.2% humidity locally, on my back deck it is 98°F and 20% humidity.  (nice to be out of the triple digits)
 I just spent about 15 minutes in my back yard. It started off pleasant but I did start feeling a bit warm before I came in. With the low humidity and the 3-5 mph breeze it is a deceptive heat. And the UV index is high! All sweat evaporates immediately to the point you don't notice you're sweating, it cools you a bit but will dehydrate a person very fast too. I am drinking some Propel now.

Well I almost messed up royally today. I bringing a screen down from the window and tripped 😡 I managed to twist in just the right way as to not fall on a few big rocks. I was backing down the step ladder. I reached the ground but forgot that the big rocks were only about a foot from the bottom step. Got to the bottom and tripped backwards twisting just right to not land on the about 2 feet diameter rocks.🤕🤕 I know I'm going to be hurting in the morning 😡😡. Oh well, at least I didn't break anything. I discovered ya just don't bounce very good at 72.😂🤣🤣😂

 My day is hang out at home or somewhere with cell phone service and wait for the call to pick up 500 or so gallons of apple cider, and drop off at work. I may see if I get a signal on the nearby state lands, and hope a turkey runs by.

Thing is Bill, my feet were on the ground just not where I needed them. I've got to go to the VA for a full body scan for skin cancer. I can't wait to hear what the doctor will say about all of the bruises.😜 I'm going to say, well doc, this is what happens when I talk back to the boss aka my wife.😂🤣😂🤣 Oh and yes I'm really sore this morning.🤕🤕

Robert, you are suppose to dance with you wife not the ladder. I have missed stepping the bottom rung a few times and only suffered bruises. The ole sayin' "one step at a time".
