I had an ENT visit yesterday for my ongoing neck / jaw problems since Dec. 2015.
A biopsy was done a couple of weeks ago and I got the results yesterday.

It's not good.
The neck cancer is back and I am now waiting on my oncologist to make an appointment
to plan a treatment action.

I'll just have to see what he says, but there's really only two options.... chemo and or radiation.

Good morning y'all.
I've been pretty successful in keeping myself busy and staying my butt out of the recliner lately. Plenty to do around here and I don't have to look too hard to find a project the can be done at little to no expense. I think today I'll be back in "The hole in the wall" bar for yet another upgrade.
The bar itself is to small and it's not level... I have a plan to fix that today.

It's much better this morning with some coughing which I can manage that with some herbal stuff here at the house. Probably spend a little time in the shop working on stuff and rest some as well.

Morning..
Been up an hour or so. Having coffee and surfing with the recorded ARCA race on.
My 2nd and 3rd BIG AIR .22 Sentry mags are due to deliver today so I'll most likely spend some time with that gun.
Maybe repaint and sticker up some of the steel targets on the North Range and start prepping the shooting deck for cooler weather outdoor shooting season... it's rapidly approaching.
I'll have a look at the barn property and see if it needs mowed. While I'm out and about I'll gather up fallen tree debris and stock it up for the shop wood burning stove.
I welcome the cooler weather season.. it's been another hot one.

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday! I got up at 0630, I slept in a little. No work on my board, so I’m taking it easy… but, I’m sure there’s work. Just now finishing my coffee. I need to jump in the shower and call the office.

Good morning, I slept in until 7:30

 I did wake up a few times but feel like I did sleep pretty well too. I had gone to bed about 12:00 and got to sleep fairly quickly.

 My neck is still stiff, but I have about 1/2 to 2/3 motion side to side. It had improve to about 90% and then regressed last Friday for no apparent reason. 

 I had been doing some gentile neck muscle stretches that seemed to be working, maybe I went too far?

  The weather is going to be HOT again. Forecast is for 102°F with 13% humidity today. The good news is that the 10 day forecast looks like we are suppose to be in the upper 80's next week. I hope that is true and not just based on the Almanac. 

 It's Monday so I don't have any real plans.

Yep... I didn't watch the weather before I reported my plans earlier. Supposed to be 91 and sunny. The cool down begins tomorrow. Glad I got most of the mowing done early. Might be a good day to hang out in the a/c of the Castin' Shack and make pellets.
