Aside from cleaning up the brush from apple tree pruning and old tree removal, I had a chance yesterday to light up another pile as the wind was right and surrounding area not too dry. One huge pile to go, that is tricky to have the right conditions, been 3 years since I last had the chance.

She will probably do some housework for her while she's there. It is supposed to have a high of 58°F and rain today too, so, I think I'll take a day off, keep the pets company, just surf the internet, and or read today too. I do have a grandson's airgun here that he want's me to put in an aftermarket trigger and change the fill port, I may do that today since I have any table in the house to work at while she's gone? She would never say anything if I took over a table as a workspace while she is home but, I know it would bother her a little inside. My workspace in my office/mancave is just too small to work on rifles currently. So if I do it while she's gone she'll be "none the wiser". I would bet that she's very much the wiser. Betty Lou instinctively knows if I even look in the fridge.

Happy Birthday Dan.

Good morning GTA, I made it to another year older today. I don't know for sure what we are going to do today, it' just another day. It's 35°F out now and supposed to get to 71°F today here. We may go to the Desert Spa for a few hours? It is supposed to get to 76°F there, I am not sure if I want to go or not. I am drinking my coffee and will decide later on. I haven't done very much all week and probably should do something productive but I worked so hard last week I just have been chilling this week mostly.

Getting ready to bathe the foster puppys. They've got poop in their coats!😡😡 1 more week! No more fostering puppies! Way too much work for us oldies. It didn't help that they came to us with mites. We ended up having to treat them and our 7 dogs. Expensive also.
I would still like to go on a cross country motorcycle trip, I would even love to ride to Alaska. If I was free of obligations I would leave ASAP. So I guess I still have some "young thoughts". I know from the two road trips I did in 2020 that I physically felt better on the motorcycle on the road than I do at home. I would really love it if my wife was along with me too.
