Good morning, not much planned for today, yesterday was busy for me with visiting with family a few counties over and picking up monthly food supply for myself. I picked up a contractor bag full of spanish moss for making pine needle baskets. I have to pick the twigs and leaves out of it before I set it up to be retted. What I am after is the little black thread that is left after every thing else has rotted off. I will comb it like cotton to get the rest of the debris out of it and then spin it into cording. It is mostly used for accenting the baskets.

I learned to make pinestraw baskets a few years ago but I make mine with dental floss. There's no shortage of Spanish moss around here. Any tricks to preparing it I should know?
Battery for the Honda Rancher 420 ATV arrived today. I was wasting time waiting for it because while I was in the bathroom she stuck it in the mailbox. I would have never thought it would even fit in there.I have and extended rack on the back of the Rancher and it's a bear getting the battery in and out without removing it. I wiggled the old battery out and got the new one back in... then I dropped a screw down in beside the battery and had to start all over again. With an incredible amount of cussing, I got it done.
Recently my morning meds are making me nauseous. Today was the worst, I guess I need to follow the instructions "don't take on an empty stomach". It has never bothered me until a three weeks ago but one BP med is new and I guess I have to eat something first now. Now that I have eaten a breakfast burrito I am starting to feel better and need to get after the yardwork before the rain hits.
Dan I had a lady do the same with a package in my plastic mailbox that warped because of it where the door falls open too easily ever since if there's enough wind or a bird takes off from the top of the box.

My mailbox pole is part of an old telephone pole and it's mounted VERY securely, any normal mailbox pole setup would not have stood up to the pushing and shoving it took to get it in the box. All that days envelopes were crumpled up in the back. He got the package in all the way and closed the door. Oh, I was in bed and sleeping but woke up choking on stomach acid a little after 2:00. my plan is to go back to bed as soon as I can without coughing.

Were you sleeping on your back or your left side? I've found I have less problems if I sleep on my right side. I also take some gasX before I go to bed.
