Good afternoon y'all.  I'm stuck in the penalty box (ranger station) for the rest of the day.

However.  The memsahib is meeting me after work and we're going out for Peruvian food.  We're both big fans of Peruvian cuisine but we don't get to eat it often now that we have abandoned the big city.  Today is our Anniversary and we decided to do something special.  There's a new Peruvian place a couple of hours away so we're going to check it out.

Yeah, our 2 year is coming in January but we've been together 12. No costumes, matter of fact, no people even... we went to the courthouse and signed a paper.

Bill same here I found glass in my yard over the years and always dig it up and properly dispose of it. Likely kids back in the day shooting bottles but I want no tires or critter feet hurt from glass.

Thanks folks. The memsahib and I came as the bride and groom.  The best man was Frankenstein.  The maid of honor was who else?  The bride of Frankenstein.  But the best part was my one legged MIL (Diabetic amputee) came as a peg legged pirate.

Wow Robert!  Fifty years is quite an accomplishment.  I think you are past the violent stage.  You're probably safe by this time.  If she was going to kill you she would have done it by now I think.  No sense taking any chances though so be careful.

Woke up at 6:30. Temps in the mid 30s headed for upper 50s. Not much on the schedule for today. Just take it as it comes.

 Plan is to clear the starling nest out of the wood boiler chimney and get that sucker fired up for the winter. Then tinker with the crossbow, and some airguns, may go sit in the deer blind if time/ energy allows.

We’ve lived here almost 13 years and I still pickup glass on our property, lots of it. Our house was built in 2006, but the original concrete pad from the old house is still here. Pretty sure everything outside that old house was a garbage dump. I’ve found lots of other old refuse: old car parts, tools, and some unrecognizable… but glass, I pickup buckets worth every year.

Good morning GTA! Happy Wednesday, it’s Hump-Day! I got up at 0500, had my 0600 Wednesday morning meeting and coffee. I’ve got a to-go cup full o’Joe and I’m waiting for the office to give me a job to do. I wound up working 15 hours yesterday, but had to leave a job incomplete down in Ft Smith. So, I know I’ve got something to do, just need a dispatch for whatever has priority. Temperature this morning is 21*, but we’re supposed make it to 51* and should get a bit warmer everyday. Should be 69*-73* over the weekend.

Yep, this was clearly a burn pile from years gone by. The style of the bottles and cans date it back as far as 50 years I'm guessing. Before I began cleaning this area up it spent years buried in the layers of fallen leaves and branches. It's in a back corner of the fence line. All that points to burn pit and it's probably fairly deep.

Mornin y’all.  Got to take the memsahib to town.  Her store teeth have arrived. Got a busy agenda after that. The puppy needs to go to the vet, shopping, and then try to find some large planting pots for the garden.  First I’ll take the dogs out to the pasture with a selection of tennis balls and frisbees though.  Got to wear Belle out before we get her in the car. I have to drop my Class A uniform off at the dry cleaners and a bunch of little errands to run before I leave town next week. I'll be gone for a week to Top Sail Hill Preserve.  Whoo hoo!  Gonna load the truck up with rods, guns, and cast nets!
