Mornin y’all. Just came back from walking the pups. Now I’m going to sit quietly in a blind and watch a little clearing in my permission for about an hour. Then I’ll have to put on a uniform and go to work. I’m the late shift today so I don’t have to be to work until noon.

Good morning GTA! Happy Wednesday! I wish I could work a 4-day work week every week. Well, I got up at 0400 CT. This morning I’ve got my 0600 hrs meeting. Then I have to go pickup a trailer load of parts. We have to replace a big heat exchanger in a 12.5 ton Trane. Then I have a lot of electrical repairs to do on it. This unit has been butchered up by others so bad. But I intend to repair it to “as it was designed” and as it once was when I took care of it years ago.

Mornin''
Up at 5am and did my normal routine of feeding the dogs and letting Rambo out. Boss and Betty Lou are still sleeping. Made coffee and now watching the morning news and weather and surfing.
I check e-mail, bank and GTA every morning. Then I review my thoughts and plans for the day and sometimes that even goes as planned.

I was awake for the day at 3:45 AM got up at 4:05 AM. I am drinking Death Wish coffee and feeling pretty good right now.
I am loving this cooler weather we are having and will continue to spend my time taking full advantage of it. Yard work is the plan again today! We had a few sprinkles yesterday but I stayed out in it and didn't really get wet. It sprinkled for about 1 1/2 hours and the ground didn't even get wet, it was big droplets they just were spaced far apart, slow and even. It felt great with the temp in the mid and high 70's with a sleight breeze.

Well I took my Dodge in and dropped it off to get the air conditioning fixed. I could have done it myself (I have access to the proper equipment at my nephews shop) but, the way my back is I would rather just pay someone to do it. So now I need to get outside and get at it...
It is 75°F with a nice breeze and is just supposed to get to 83°F.

Good morning GTA! Happy Thursday! Up at 0400 CT. Yesterday went so well, I’m going to go back to work today. Today I have a compressor to replace in a freezer. Should be another good, if not great day.

Good morning GTA! It's Thursday! Woke up at 0230 CT. Tossed and turned till 0250 then just got up.
I heard it raining outside... what? Didn't know that was going to happen. I have exterior painting still to finish at my younger daughter's house. I've been working there for the past three weeks and I think I can see a dim light at the end of that tunnel, or maybe not. She lives in an older house, circa 1940s, and it needed a lot of work. I'll be through hopefully in about 2 or 3 weeks.

Mornin..
Woke up around midnight and sneaked into the spare room. Must have slept wrong on my right shoulder because it was aching so I took an 800mg Ibuprofen and didn't want to wake Betty Lou tossing around.
It began thunder storming yesterday afternoon and it's still going on this morning. We needed the rain so I'm not complaining. Should clear out this morning. Headed for 80 and sunny this afternoon and a great weekend coming.
Rambo is hiding in the bedroom with Betty Lou. He spent the first year and a half of his life in the wild and had to deal with the elements. It's stuck with him ever since.
No plan.. it will be what it is.

Road Trip!
Mornin y’all. We’re rolling out in a few minutes on our way to North Carolina. This is just a flying trip to pick up some stuff of my mom’s and bring it down to Florida. Gonna try to go up today and come back tomorrow. We’ll see how it goes.

I was wake at 3:50 AM. Well today I am going to hand wash and wax my Dodge. My wife and I are going to the land of giants for a couple of days next week. We will be staying in Sequoia National Park at 5,200 feet elevation at Hume Lake 349 miles north of home. We have a grandson that currently lives with us that will house/dog/cat sit for us. We like to do this retreat every October if we can. It is so beautiful, and relaxing and phone service and internet are easy to avoid. Depending on where our room is I may or may not even have any service, I don't care, I will still have a great connection with my wife.

Well it is still 64°F and 94% humidity this morning, so the truck wash is on hold until the fog burns off, so I will be able to dry the truck.

Good morning GTA! Happy Friday! Up at 0400 CT. We are slowing down a bit at work. I don’t have a first call, so technically I have no plans yet. I’ll have to call the office at 0800 and find out what’s in store.
Have a safe trip, Dan! I’ve been to the left coast, but have yet to visit those big giant trees.

Morning..
Typical routine this morning. The Rambo alarm went off at 5am. Made coffee, fed the dogs and let them out.
Gonna take Killer a chili and cornbread lunch at the nursing home. It will be good to see him. It's been awhile because I didn't want to take shingles into the nursing home. I'll cover things up anyways just to be safe.
Then I plan to do some airgun stuff. I'm behind on chrono stuff and I promised some pictures in a particular thread.

Mornin y’all. Woke up in a Best Western in Murphy NC this a.m. Beautiful day. The parking lot is full of leaf peepers and Floridiots. Going to pick up the farm wagon today. Once it is loaded and secured we’ll head back south.
I’ll post pics when we are ready to hit the road.
