Up all night.  Slept a few hours after four a.m.  Mornin y’all!
Got the Halloween poster idea finalized so I’ll start painting it today.  I’m definitely going to wander my permission looking for squirrels for a bit.  Might get out the chronograph later on if the poster project goes smoothly

Good morning GTA! Happy Saturday! Up at 0500 CT and I feel great! I’m not planning on doing much today. I will probably shoot an airgun sometime today. The weather is definitely cooler outside. It’s 49* right now and only supposed to get to 72*.

Brisk 34 degrees now, high today is forecast 55.
 Today we are going to start "winterizing" around here.
Empty the flower pots, buy a new grill cover, put away the garden hoses and drain the outdoor spigots, clean out and pickle the Camper.
 Hate to think of digging out the snow blower just yet, but it's comin.

It is a brisk 66°F  here on my back deck. Okay, not brisk but cool. It looks like 92 is the forecasted 10 day high, no real big threat of rain (19% chance today, no more than 15% in the 10 day).  I have been loving these nice mornings and most of the day outside lately.    I didn't do too much yesterday though. 

The mental/physical obstacle I am working with now is I have lots of "ground work" to do that requires reaching the ground, my body does not like doing that. My work around is sitting on a low step stool which makes it slow going.

I think I can be done with that cleanup in 16 more work hours with that job though (including my usual distractions).

Then I have sheds to go through (includes 2-35' semi trailers). I know there will be lots of spiders to deal with, which I hate. That is going to take a while.

I shot a tarantula hawk yesterday with mine. Nasty version of a wasp but hunts tarantulas.

Got my internet back so I can spend too much time mindlessly surfing and posting.   It went down at 10AM yesterday and FedEx dropped off a new modem at Noon today.  Amazing performance from Spectrum and FedEx.    The printed modem directions did not match the modem or App so I had to call customer service but in 5 minutes I got a great CS rep.

Well I didn't get much done, and now it is 87 and 40% humidity and I was in the direct sun so I got hot. Then a bunch of ants decided they needed to be where I was standing so they ran me off, LOL.  We have 4 different types stinging ants here that I know of. I poison them several times a year when they get close to the buildings.

Yeah, it heated up pretty fast here too. I was out in the mancave tinkering around and soon broke a sweat. Last thing you want to do with shingles is sweat. So I escaped to the house and the AC. I'm doing much better and don't want to go backwards.
Tomorrow is another day.

You know, NASCAR is undoubtedly my favorite sport to watch but if I hear one more person holler "LET'S GO" I think I'm gonna puke.

We had some clouds roll in and it was storming about 20 miles away but it cooled off enough that I have been getting more done outside, 84°F 37% humidity with a nice breeze right now. It was cooler, or felt like it, but the suns back out now. I came in to drink a grape propel.

Good morning...
Rambo started being a butthead early this morning. At 3:30 he started his pacing and feed me routine. He knows breakfast time is 5am so I thought he wanted out. I got up and he went to his food dish instead of the door. I made him go back to bed and at 5am he started again. So I got back up, fed him, made coffee and let him out.
At around 6:30 Boss will start her routine. She will get up and eat, then go out. When she comes back in she will find her rope toy and take it to Betty Lou and growl at her until she gets up. It's the same routine everyday and you can set a clock to it.
Not sure why Rambo got off the cycle. Maybe he is confused because my routine has changed. He always met me at the door when I came home from lunch and after work everyday for the past 10 years.

Good morning GTA! Happy Sunday! Up at 0455 CT. I’m having my coffee and enjoying the quiet, cool morning. I have Sunday school at 0900 and Ch**ch service at 1000 hrs. I intend to take out another airgun later on. This afternoon we’ll watch the Nascar race and have some good food. I’m really loving this weather we’re having.
