59th annual Family Reunion today. I have been going for 51 years since Mom married the man I still call Dad.
 I am in charge of the games as usual.... Corn-hole, Washer toss, boccie ball, tarp and saw dust for the Penny pitch, horse shoes, 2 dozen eggs for the egg toss, and pickle ball all loaded in the truck.

My submission into the Good morning thread should often include alternate plans… my wife had the chills last night, so we’re not going to Ch**ch. She doesn’t have a fever and tested negative for Covid, thus far. I’m thinking I might setup the bench for the Parrus .22, pulling out the mower next to my bench and figuring the light kit for mounting and watching Ch**ch online. I better get the pool vacuuming done now, since it adds cold water to the pool.

I quit watching the tour since they stripped Armstrong of his titles over BS. As his biggest competitor said, they all did it to be competitive with the others.

Pruning, trimming, sweeping the surroundings and greeting the Vietnamese couple who always go for their routinary morning walks.

They are always amused to see me sweep the grounds everyday, but it's an Asian thing 

In the Philippines, it's normal for someone to burn dead leaves and branches in their own backyard, usually under the trees, to make the flowers bud and repel insects, particularly mosquitoes.

So a long time ago, an aunt of mine visited (her 1st time in the US) another aunt, her elder sister, in California and did the usual practice of burning the aforesaid. She had a big surprise when an ambulance and a fire truck suddenly appeared 'cuz a neighbor reported fire

I remember Armstrong from the late eighties.  My opinion of him has not improved in the years since.

Moved the manure pile, the fire pit, the firewood stack, utility trailer, and the Jon boat.  Next I have to move a pile of scrap lumber I’ve been saving to build garden beds from and unload a bunch of cement pavers.  Last thing is trim some overhanging branches.

Correction:  The memsahib says the new shed is actually 24’ long! That’s big enough to do some indoor shooting!

Good morning GTA! Happy Monday! Back to the grind for me. Up at 0500 CT. We got some rain last night as I went to bed. Looks like we got a dousing, this morning things were still wet out there. Only supposed to get to 97* today… the rest of the week/month looks like it’s probably going to be over a 100*. I saw a couple days they’re predicting 105*. I’m finishing up my coffee and I need to get rolling. Headed an hour south to a vacated building of one of our customers that says they’re leaking water from the A/C units.

Good morning GTA! It's Monday for sure! Up at 0400 CT.  I finished replacing the coax in the attic early this morning. Lightning had burned the splitter and the coax was old and corroded where it attached to the antenna anyway. New coax was only $.25 a foot so why not. My son stopped by a 0615 before going to work to help me thread the coax through the gable vent.

I have an hour ride to look at a large reach in cooler that’s down and I have a dental appointment at 1400. It’s supposed to get to 104* today.

I had planned on shooting one of my air rifles some this morning while it was halfway cool but the opportunity to pick some figs I couldn't turn down.

Good morning all, I woke at 5:30 I am finishing my coffee and then the plan is to mow down some weeds for the last time this summer (hopefully!).

 It is suppose to be cooler and only get to 102 today. I am probably going to quit mowing done or not by the time it gets to
 no higher than 90°F though.

  Off to it, if the battery isn't dead on the mower, that is.
