 Good morning GTA.  Woke this morning 5:30AM EST .  Dressed for a morning 5 mile walk to cancel after forecast of wind to 25mph gusts. Did two five mile walks yesterday, planned same 2 day.

  Made coffee, cream of wheat and canned tuna breakfast, now (9:31AM)  my stomach is mad and growling even without my walk.

 I've learned two things about dieting, only eat after your stomach starts growling and to replenish water after eliminating it.

Good Morning GTA! Up at 0340 CST. Having coffee and let the dogs out. Finished that unit change out yesterday, which turned out really nice. Took 3 impressive shots at 40 meters, kneeling, with the Parrus .22, then took my wife out for tacos. She couldn’t eat 3 tacos, so I ate 4... and I’m paying for it this morning. But, we are going to start eating out less and last night overall was worth it. Today I have a ‘no heat’ call in Pea Ridge. I don’t like the equipment over at that site, but I’ll make the most of it. 4 air handlers way up high in the ceiling, you’ve got to be some sort of acrobat to work on their stuff.

Good Morning GTA! Up at 0400 CST this morning. Yesterday was good day, my Beeman  R7 arrived and I had a chance to introduce myself. I shot about 100 pellets I guess through it.

Shooting a HW30/R7 for the first time is like I imagine it would be to drive an Aston Martin for the first time, you know that luxury British sports car. 

It's small, easy to handle, well built, accurate and just fun to shoot.

Looks like rain today and tomorrow.  Wouldn't you know it.

Been up since midnight, insomnia is kicking my butt haha But o well going Ice Fishing this morning ordered a Steel Breech for my crosman 1377. I have a butt-stock, thicker pump handle and a new pivot pin to round out the list until i decide what barrel and what length i should go with. And who to buy it from haha

Nearly halfway through my workday...  I have a plethora of projects close at hand, but I think we're going to take a few days to just chill.  Lots of phone calls happening as we coordinate shed permits, power delivery, broadband access, a shed, some implement purchases, septic, and some general contracting services.

It's still morning! I hit the ground running this morning.  Finished up some paneling in the ranger station and then forestry showed up to burn a piece of the refuge.  So now I'm suited up in my nomex and I'm going to go stand by the road and direct traffic because of the smoke.  A park Ranger's life is never dull.

Good Morning GTA! Up at 0400 CST. It’s Friday, going to the chiropractor first thing when the sun comes up. And boy, do I need it. Then I’ve got a blower motor to replace in Springdale. Should be a good day, my rear sight for the Octane Elite is floating between my post office and our major city post office. So close! It’s supposed to be here tomorrow. I too need to stop by the post office, this morning, to send out a Bullseye ZR Mount to fellow member who asked for it. Looking forward to working in the garage and shooting this afternoon and this weekend.

It's 57° now, rain supposed to stop after 1300 CST then be 62° under cloudy skies.  Gonna mount the Nikko STIRLING GAMEKING 3.5-10X44 scope temporarily on the R7 till I can get an Airmax ordered. Apparently the one I want is.....actually I can't make up my mind yet on which to order.

Up a 4 a.m., usual morning drugs, feed chickens, all that important household stuff. Cleaning out the shop to get new power tools set up. It's raining so it's a good day for that project. Hopefully the rain will clear this afternoon so I can move ground blinds to a new location.

Actually I like them equally.  I can't compare the two there's too many differences. I would say if you don't have a 50 you're missing out.

Yesterday I came home to a box full of 10 tins of pellets.

I have a list of things that need to take place BEFORE heading into work today.  As I peck this out I’m enjoying the calm before the storm.  In about 5 minutes the storm will begin for the day.  Later gents!

Kurt I wanted to add this. John (fwbsport) told me this some time back. He said for me to really appreciate springers he thought I needed to experience 4 different rifles from Weihrauch. The 30, 50, 95, and 98. 

You know, I think he knows what he's talking about.  I'm a die hard springer fan and he knew that. So thanks to him I'm on that journey.
