It runs like new now and Love the electric start!Dan, I buy all my carbs from Ebay. Way cheaper than repair parts from online websites. Rebuild kits are becoming the thing of the past for small engine carbs. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2334524.m570.l1313&_nkw=honda+es6500+generator+carburetor&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&_sop=15&_odkw=honda+es6500+generator+carburetor&_osacat=0

At the time I bought it there was one original carb NOS for sale but it was about $200. I compared them and was pretty sure I could get the cheaper one to work and did. I had to make a linkage for the auto-throttle and I was not able to hook up the choke cable, but the lever that came on it works fine.
Good Morning GTA! Up at 0420 CST. It’s that time of year, so no calls for work this morning. I’ll call the office at 0800. I made it to the chiropractor on Friday and felt great, but my shoulders are starting to tighten up already. Probably due to stress & the cold weather, a little extra physical fitness wouldn’t hurt though. I’ll get through it. Coffee first!

Those shoulders tightening up is probably Parrus-n-titis. I get it ever so often. Enjoy your holiday today. You'll probably get paid double time for working on a holiday.
Another morning of coffee and some ham radio. going to shoot the 1377 here later, whats a good place to buy barrels for the 1377?
Good morning Brother Dan! Good morning Tom! It’s funny but not funny to me, I can’t handle the cold anymore. Anything below freezing is not pleasant, I’ve been in Arkansas 11 years now. But growing up in NJ, I cut grass in the summer and ran a snow blower in the winter, until I joined the Army. I miss it, in my mind, but I do HVAC in the south now, so I need to stay acclimated for the hot, hot summer which seems to last a lot longer than our moderate winters. I swore to my wife I would not retire down here. I still have time to think about it though. Nice machine you got there, Tom, that’s fantastic! Down here, especially with acreage, it’s most important to have a nice/heavy duty lawn machine, which I now have. A 54” Hustler FasTrak. I cut grass from mid-March, every week until October, sometimes a cut or 2 in November!
