Been up a good long while. In a little bit I am going to go out and work on some motorcycles. I have six carburetors to rebuild on my Valkyrie. And another carburetor to swap out along with a lot of other parts on a couple of other bikes too.
I may not get to the Valkyrie carbs today, I am waiting for the temp to be over 62 and it is almost there though. I use to do so much better in the cooler temps than I do now. It looks like 10:30 until 5:00 PM will be between 62 and 70 so that's my target time frame for being outside working on things.

I gotta work on my exhaust van for the shop today, it died last night while I was doing some finishing. All I need is an old washing machine or dryer motor and I'll be back in business. I wonder if Menards or Harbor Freight  might have something that might work?

I don't know. I just use a box fan in front of my window screen. If I need more ventilation I open the garage door in my shop and turn on a floor fan to air it out.

Checked my email, saw Umarex has free shipping this weekend so I ordered a baseball cap.
Hopefully more range time with my Rws460 today. Also go pick up a grocery order from Walmart today I guess.

Had a hour long chat with Mark611 yesterday. Super guy. 

fwbsport is gifting me with his HW50 and he sent a PM that it is on its way, so I'm pumped about that.

Alarm went off at 0550.  Hit snooze.  Alarm went off the second time at 0559.  Drove into work for my 16 hour shift then off for 5 whole days! 

Took delivery of a HW30S from our very own GTA member Austin (GumpIsrael) last night and shot it with Sean (.  He loves it and has no problem operating it.  Once I can find one of the gray laminate HW30S for myself, this one will go to Sean.  Thanks Austin, great rifle and a pleasure talking with you and dealing with you!

I woke up at precisely 04:00 cst. I'm still tired, went to bed last night at 22:15, I'm thinking that wasn't enough sleep. 

We have curbside pickup at both Walmart and Sam's  at 11 this morning.   The one thing this pandemic that I like is curbside pickup at Walmart. I literally despise going there.

Got up about 0430. I feel rotten when I say I’m going to do something and don’t do it, but I’m on vacation, so plans change. Yesterday my wife had errands to run and I had my 7 year old with me all day and she hadn’t been feeling great. So inventory had to wait. Besides, it’s going to be 60 Monday & Tuesday, a lot better for inventory. So, today is the Lord’s Day, Church & small group today. In between I’ll shoot a little bit & snacks is what I do for lunch. Oh and of course, rest- usually there’s a nap in the middle too.

Well the wife and I will watch Dr. Charles Stanley at 10.00 a.m. we watch him every Sunday morning since we haven't been in church for months since the covid. We did go one Sunday because it was communion Sunday but it's just not the same, all of the fellowship is missing now. We will  start going back once everything settles down and is back to normal. ( if that's even possible ) Then I will trim aquarium plants, collect some red cherry shrimp and over to my lfs!

Missed church, oh well. Gonna do more welding, gotta re-enforce the trailer hitch mounted to the pop-up since the frame seems to have a lot of give to it.

Thanks guys!  Sean has been a shooter since 4-5.  He has used a little Slavia 618 that Wendell (Matchstickshooter) passed on to us.  I need to give that rifle some attention and Sean has a 1377 carbine pumper that is his.  This 30 seemed like the next logical step for him.  He can cock my HW95 but only a couple times and with two hands.  This (30) is much easier and it is a shorter and lighter.  After abut ten minutes with this rifle it's natural for him now.  That video was one of the first few shots he took with it.

Man that's sad and it's happening all over the country. Whom the Son sets free is free indeed but this ain't freedom being forced to not gather to worship our God and churches that do stay open are fined and threatened with arrest while Walmarts with more crowds stay open. It's just not right but God's in control and things will be made right.

I too got up at 4:30 then I got ready for Church, went to Church, went out to eat at a Mexican restaurant and will go to Church at 5:00PM too and then just relax and family time before bed tonight. Just a typical Lord's Day for me, and I enjoy it thoroughly.

God bless you for keeping your church open as these trying times are making people want to go to church to learn how to get right with God and learn more about Bible prophecy where many have said they can't even find one open to do so which is a travesty! People, kids included, are losing hope committing suicide more than ever because of what all we're going through where open churches are desperately needed as isolation during brutal times is never a safe solution.

He does, and I agree. We have a Sheriff Deputy that attends regularly too. We are careful and anyone who is sick is encouraged to not attend while sick.

Toes hit the floor at 3:50 cst this morning. I've finished breakfast, walked around outside a bit and now working on my coffee while I check on you guys.

My son had been using Dave Ramsey's book and is paying down his debt. He is making tremendous progress.  Paid off motorcycle,  his truck, and has paid $7k on his $10k loan from me. With that said, he has got the AR bug. He called me yesterday for advice before he put one on layaway.  Long story short. I  sold him mine. I saved him a ton of money and free up some money for .............

I’m up and having my coffee. Today is the day I will get on my inventory. It’s supposed to get to 60* with almost no wind. When I do end of the year inventory it’s usually on a work day and we don’t get paid for it. My plan has always been to gut everything, put it back where I want it, but also go through my tools. Get streamlined and organized for the new year. It never works out that way. It could be freezing, raining or snowing, and if I’m supposed to go to work, well I just blitz through, throw it on the truck and roll out. Tomorrow is supposed to be 62* but windy. If it takes both today & tomorrow, so be it. It’ll be done right. I’ll still have 5 more days of vacation before I go back to work next Monday. First thing after coffee, I’ll wash the van before sunup and get on it.
