Just keep the .22, unless you are REALLY going to hunt larger animals with it.Don't waste your time second-guessing yourself. Get some pellets and get out there to shoot it.There were problems with the baffles in the .22 clipping the pellets in a certain production run. But Crosman has likely worked it out by now. If not, they'll certainly fix it up for you.
