I just got my first PCP, a .22 Marauder, today. Thanks for the inputs you guys provided last time.
But I do not dare to open the package until I make sure that I made the right choice.
Should I exchange it for a .25 M-rod?

the sheer smack of the 25 downrange....I had a 22 fro m the first run and the 25 out does it by quite abit

I could be wrong but wouldn't a heavy .22 pellet out do the .25 in energy ?

I swear I've seen the chrony results with energy showing a .22 mrod hitting a few ftlbs more then the .25....

Somehow Jim used a .22 Marauder when he went to hunt in Africa, not a .25, though....

No Way,....The .22 is what, 35 FPE max ? the .25 is close to 50

Based on this, .25 is the way to go. The Green Mountain barrel makes this one heck of a shooter.

I had two .22's and both grouped like shotguns. Crosman gave me a .25 in exchange and it shoots like a laser.
