To the O.P. I didn`t read through the entire thread because I have to leave for work in a few minutes. I gather from your first post you are not aware of Conibear traps, a body gripping trap that kills. One of these placed in a den entrance and you will wake to a dead skunk, most of the time without odor. They are not hard to set and the cost is not bad. I taught a friend to set one and instructed him to set it after his small dogs were in for the night and to remove it before they were set out in the mourning to avoid an accident. He caught three skunks in three nights, no stink, problem solved. The number 110 Conibear is what you want. Good luck.

It is an AT-44 variant so super common parts, you can even get a lefty grip.AT-P1 is the same without adjustable stock and refurbs can be had, on occasion, for $129 at Hatsan's site (got lucky and picked one up in .177 does 13 shots at 10FPE).Thane, what is your opinion of the semiauto Hatsan Sortie Tact? I was lusting after one but they're never available in the refurb section
