AGREED!

I just placed a pellet order though PA for two tins of each of the FX 15g and the 18g.

Scott, while waiting on my Akela I got curious how this exotic new name was supposed to be pronounced. In case someone asks me about the gun, so I didn't wanna sound like a complete newb talking about it. For mine it was easy, it's "uh-KEE-luh"

For your gun it turns out there are multiple pronunciations:

Crosman must have gotten a monstrous amount of these new Turk guns on the first order.
My mold, ladle and lead must be close to temp by now, I'm going to do a run of the "Magnum Hunter" 23g pellets and start out with heavier pellets for my Cayden
Scott have you had a chance to get in an accuracy test with them from your Kratos ?

I am ~~hording~~ holding off shooting more of them until I get it dialed in.

I have groan tired of fighting the BSA Catseye scope I originally mounted on this gun.
Tonight I swapped over the Discovery VT-2 6-24x44 SFR.
Set on Max zoom and adjusted the eye relief accordingly.
Much more better on the paralex.. 30 is 30 and 50 is 50.
Now to re-zero

Scott that gives me ideas. I originally bought a Monstrum 6-24 scope w/30mm tube for the Akela, but settled on the 4-12 Centerpoint from Crosman because I had different height 1" rings to try for eye positioning but only one set of 30mm rings, but the Monstrum sits lonely in its case...

Scott I recently bought another BSA tactical mildot scope for my Benji Cayden exactly like the one that I bought for my Airmax Dominator back when I bought it. I like the scope so much that it will never be taken off of my Airmax Dominator. In the past I've tried finding another one just like it to no avail until I ordered my Cayden I found that Gamo/Daisy in Louisiana had some available for only $109 shipped. I think that it could be a discontinued model but don't know for sure. Right now all I'm waiting for are the rings to mount it. I have no need for any more than 12X magnification for the kind of hunting that I do so I'm sure that it's going to be a perfect scope for my Cayden. IMO the glass in them is phenomenal to say the least and I've no need for any kind of illumination (never use it), it does a fantastic job for light gathering and doesn't weigh a lot.

I have several BSA scopes and like them too, but this Cats Eye's AO I could not focus closer than 50 yards on the the 15y setting. If I took my Rx glasses off It was better, but then I could not get a clear reticle.
I tried to adjust the objective lens but couldn't loosen the locking ring without more force than I wanted to apply, at least mounted on the Kratos.
I will put it on one of my PB's if all else fails.

I just ordered one of these for my Akela. BSA has them in stock $109 shipped. Other sites say it is discontinued and have none in stock.

Ray about a year and a half ago I was looking for one online and never did find one then but that's not the case now, it was Gamo/Daisy in La that has them this time. Probably old new stock from somewhere is what I figure, all I know is they're definitely my favorite.

Ray I see there's another place that say's availability in 7-10 days for $129, heck if they get an order they probably buy one from where we bought ours and tack on $20.
The one I got shipped from Louisiana.

Then I got a transaction receipt from Daisy manufacturing in Rogers, AR.
I guess Daisy owns BSA?
