could you use regular copper jacketed hp pistol bullits  in the xp 45?

Got dual tanks on my .50...fits me real good. Can't tell you the actual price because I acquired the DC and my Air Condor in a storage auction. Paid 500.00 for the unit. I am one foot in the dark side, the other foot is somewhere....can't seem to find it....oh...still in NP land

Sorry man, I (and I am sure I am not alone) tried that a long time ago.  They normally lock up in the barrel of an airgun.  Need lead that will easily conform to the rifling... soft or medium seems to work best for most folks.  Plenty of knowledgeable folks here that have the good info.  But I do know about jacket bullets, LOL. 
I have heard about copper plated (not jacketed) bullets.  I guess those are a no-no, too?

with the hand pump how long does it take to fill.
do you keep it filled all the time?
or do you relieve the pressure after shooting?

I always store PCPs full.... too much wasted air to dump them....

I have used a pump almost exclusively to fill my tuned 909 every 3-4 shots for four years.

With Korean PCP's, it is important to get the air pressure down under 2000psi (preferably around 1500psi) when putting the rifle away for the day.  The cheaper exhaust valve material they use will likely distort over time when stored with a full fill, causing leak issues.  Seen this many times before.

Pumping a stock 2tube 909 up after shooting 5-6 shots will take maybe 4-5 minutes depending on how aggressively you pump.  Nothing to be scared of there.....UNLESS you are using a HillPump and you weigh less than about 150lbs or so, as you may not have enough body weight to push the handle down when it gets to the higher pressures.   I hear the FX pumps take less weight to pump at higher pressures, so if you are a lighter-weight person, take that into consideration.

The 909S rifles will pump-up much faster due to the smaller air reservoir.  Less shots, though.

Pumping a 909 up from empty is pure torture on both you, and your pump.  You will want to cock the cocking handle to take the hammer weight off of the valve when pumping from empty, which is something you will only want to have to do once.  I suggest finding another PCP airgunner in your area that has a tank fill set-up, and using it for your first initial fill (if the rifle has no air in the reservoir; they are usually shipped with some air in them when new).

thanks butcher and the other great responses. . there is a scuba shop close by,, but i havent a clue how to use, or if i need a license to buy and fill a tank. sounds like pumping is a tough thing at least for me.(old geezer syndrone.) but there is a uninhabited island between pr.usa and dom republic.allegedly slap run over with hog and mountain goat as well as deer. isla mona. i can beat the fire arm deal if it will take a hog. you have to be a judge practically to get a fire arm here. sorry if i rambled. wished i was in georgia right about now. got plenty of good rifles back home but here.......none.
