My last Liberty arrived! A complete gun with good wood stock, iron sights, SS tray, spare probe O-rings, allen wrenches, and two mags. A fill probe was included, but it is way too small for a Liberty. Freedom? It had zero psi, which can be a good thing for a parts gun problem.

One is for the air res. and comes with the gun. The other (smaller one) is for the precharged chamber. The fill port for that is under a cap on the front of the gun. That probe is not sent with the gun because they require the gun be sent back to them if you have issues in this area.

I assume from your description it is the latter for the chamber. The prior parts gun came with an extra barrel band from a Freedom.
Quote from: wll2506 on September 19, 2019, 12:16:53 PMTook the the gun apart in about 5 seconds and got to the poppet this am, there was absolutely no indent that I could see in the Delrin where sealing could occur to these old tired eyes. I put in the poppet that I reconditioned yesterday, stuck a pen in the spring, pushed down enough to give good compression to the spring and twisted it back and forth, hoping to smooth down any micro rough areas that I could and try to give the valve a place to seat. I did this a few minutes, so I now hope this works. If this doesn't I have some SOLID one piece Delrin poppets I made, and if they don't work, I will buy some White Delrin to see if that seals better than the black Delrin ? (I think Ribbonstone said somewhere that the white may be a bit softer than the black).I'm just hoping she holds when I fill her with air this afternoon, i think the burnishing I did will help solve the problem.wllFilled her up an hour and a half ago, and so far so good, she is staying right at 3000psi ... if she stays like this for a few more hours I think I'll be good. If she leaks a very, very little I think about 20 shots should settle things in. Since this is the first fill that is holding, I'm assuming the other O rings are settling in ?I think possibly the big mistake I made was not burnishing in the poppet to the valve in the first place and maybe non of this would have happened ?wll

Thank you Bill. I was fully expecting to have to tear into both guns to replaces seals or poppets but no need! I should go buy a lottery ticket now!
When I got home from vacation yesterday I had a brown box sitting on my porch from ATI. My parts guns arrived safe and sound. I picked up a .22 Liberty in a synthetic stock and a .22 Freedom. I pulled the Freedom out first. It came with one magazine and 2000 psi in it. It’s missing the fill probe, the single shot tray and one magazine. I tried to pump it but it was extremely difficult to pump. I went and got my silicone oil for my f10 and applied 3 drops to the seal area. Pumped it a few time and it was getting better so I applied a few drops, pumped a few more times and now it is pumping wonderfully. No issues it seems. It took about 35-40 pumps to get it up to 3000. I was able to sight in the iron the iron sights and this thing is super accurate at 10 yards. Pellet on pellet with iron sights!!! I can’t wait to put a scope on it.I then pulled the Liberty out of the box. This gun was never even aired up or fired. All the accessories were there still wrapped and taped in the original plastic wrap. The only issue I found was the plastic piece that you have to pull the round plug out of to get to the screw to remove the stock was pryed out. No biggie to me that just means I don’t have to fiddle with removing the round plug. I filled it to 4000psi fired a couple shots and put it up for the night. Both the Liberty and Freedom are still at the exact same psi that I left the last night. I looks like I got lucky, both guns didn’t need any work done on them and seem to be working great. These parts guns are the best deal going even if you have to tear into them. Such awesome guns at a ridiculous price.
