If you look at the tracking, it will tell you WHERE it was delivered. Probably not even in the state you live in. My "whatever it is" was delivered to Connecticut and I live in Alabama.

I am done with this. I got my refund and unless the authorities come asking me to help, I have nothing else to say.

Lesson learned.

Oh Okay thank you I was a little confused when I reading some got theirs it was the refund (HaHa ) I'm glad you are getting your money back.

I received one from ebay I put a offer in of $190 and sold it came and works

I got my PayPal refund on the 1st, and got a delivery confirmation yesterday, the 3rd. It appears to have been delivered to Villanova, PA. I'm not sure why it went there since I live in Kansas.

Ah ha!...the EMAIL said it was delivered to my address, however, I went back and logged into ebay, and it said it was delivered somewhere in Oklahoma City!

There ya go, you would have been the first to have it actually say it delivered to you.
I believe something is actually being delivered, just not a compressor and not to us that ordered them.

I think they are sending the same legit tracking number to a whole bunch of people. One person gets their order and twenty others get the shaft!!

Hi all. Has anyone received anything at all from the scammer, looks like they were all "sent" to a fake addy. We didn't even get the tariff. LOL

So far nobody has reported receiving anything.
If I had not received a refund I would be digging further in. Next step, after filing a claim with my bank, would have been to contact the PO. I would have shown them proof of my tracking number and inquiring why my package was delivered elsewhere.
At this point, it would be more hassle than it is worth. It's obvious that it is not a compressor. And since I did get a full refund, I'm not out to get something for nothing.
I'm staying active in the thread to possibly bring awareness to others who may be tempted to jump on these scams and to know what to do if they can't resist.

I'm betting they were not fake addys and went exactly where they were intended to go. What ever they were.

Probably so if you take all that evidence I gathered to the Post Master. I just don't see a reason for that at this point.... specially if it something I don't want to be associated with.
