I keep thinking about how poverty stricken that beastturd must be to go to that much trouble for a couple thousand $$$.

Oh don't even turn him / her into a martyr... My bet is the seller is not poverty stricken at all, but living very well on other peoples money.

At $57 per part, that compressor would cost about $9,861.00.  Sounds like a bargain to me.

If it was sent via UPS or maybe FedEx, then the tracking would probably show that if you are logged in.   With USPS, nope.  Logged in or not.

I even thought about maybe this scam is a cover for smuggling. Who knows what is being delivered to whom? Maybe the seller knows exactly who it's being delivered to. I mean, it's pretty obvious that it's a legitimate address.

That thought, or something along the same lines, did occur to me also.   It makes me think I will never receive anything, although it would not surprise me if I did get something one day.

I just don't think it will be a YH or YH knockoff compressor!

If you read through some of the neg feedbacks you will see many reported that their item was shipped to the wrong address and they never got anything. And again... it's not just the YH compressors. Several other items as well... large items in the $40 to $60 range.

so what that tells me is, the seller was legit at one time...

The girl I talked to at eBay was very nice and handled everything very fast.  However, she did try to point out that the seller had a stellar feedback rating...

I explained everything to her that you and I had found out and she stopped the hard sell for "highly rated" sellers.  (chuckle)

True, the seller had great reviews for a couple years... that just tells me his account was hacked.
He was 99% positive with 2 negatives over his whole time with eBay when I ordered my compressor. Anyone can give a negative feedback for whatever reason.... there are scam buyers as well as scam sellers.
