Sam get well soon. The boss knows the young lack experience and will likely tear up stuff. The old schoolers are dependable.

Blazing sun with mostly clear skies today so I wet my long sleeve shirt and pants then got my neck sunburned so I took off the ball cap and put on the sombrero which covered most of me in shade which felt real nice. Got a lot of yard work done then I drank two jars of vanilla rum chocolate milk to get my aches to go away.

Went and watched the Sound of Hope in the theater. Never again will I go to a theater again. I guess everyone who goes to a theater is deaf!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Movie was good and I recommend it but not in a theater.

The Amazon Carberator is on the lawnmower but in a true SSS moment I found the mounting bolt on floor after running to local hardware store and mounting with new bolt....but of course the bolt to clamp the throllte cable is no where to be found so another trip to hardware store for a $1 part tomorrow....

I quit going to the movies 12 years ago, Got tired of the obnoxious brats that the parents dumped off and the loud volume. I just rent on you tube or watch https://tubitv.com/movies for free.

Betty Lou has the TUBI streaming app on all the TVs. She also watches FREEVEE alot. She's the master of the free streaming stuff.

 I took up fencing this week, only 150 feet to go this year, and some patching on the remainder to get through the season.

 HOSP was taken on the 6th post to the left yesterday, from the same location as the photo.

The Snapper z360 is good to go now. This morning I put the new air filter on, a new gas filter, I plugged a vacuum hole on the intake that was no longer needed and I added 6oz. of Sea Foam to a fresh tank of gas. It reduced the surging at idle speed by about 50%. By the time that tank of gas runs through it should be even better.
I can't even tell that this motor is 5hp smaller than the original. It seems to have plenty of power even in tall grass.

There were no children just a few grumpy old people 🤣. It was so loud I could feel it in my chest. My youngest daughter went with my wife and I and said the same thing, way to loud!. Wife was cold so the whole experience besides the very good movie was NOT good. I guess movie theaters are for the young and not "grumpy Old people" lol.

Next to go in the shop is Betty Lou's Kodiak 450. I need to finish securing that over size rack I put on the back and put the hook back on the winch that I snapped off pulling roots and the new battery will be here Monday. I'll reconnect her LED light bar while I'm in there. I disconnected it because the switch I put on quit working and I had a feeling it was running the battery down. I have a new switch and I'll relocate it.
I also want to look at my front box options. The one I took off the rear is a bit too big and she didn't like it.

I mowed the small 30'x25' side yard that use to be a garden area this morning. It has to be mowed with the walk behind mower because of small gates into it. It is 85°F now so I beat the real heat. I have been neglecting that area because we hardly ever go there and the weeds were about 2' tall, my Honda HRN self propelled made short and easy work of it though.

Hey Kris!  Do you get a WMA permit as well as a fresh water license?  I just get a WMA permit and a salt water shore line license.  I don’t fish from a boat much anymore. All the FWC know me and no one has asked me for a license or wanted to look in my cooler in twenty years. 

I stick to cast netting, crab pots, and trot lines.  Lazy man’s fishing.

Looks like today's thunder boomers are a couple hours early. It's poring the rain and we just had a very loud clap right over top of the house. All 4 of us jumped up. It was a biggin' ! OH !!! There went another and the lightning was out front of the house with no delay. It's right on top of us. Crazy. The lights blinked but the power is still on... for now.
I got the atv in the shop just in time before the storm started. I got the winch hook back on and the old battery out. The mess I'm making is getting bigger and bigger.

Finished putting up Star LEDs under the gazebo and running an extension cord for power.  I love just chilling outside with the music going softly in the background and enjoying the tranquility.  The Star lights will be nice in the evening when it’s a bit less light out.

Today Nate turns 15!  This kid is amazing.  Super creative and always creating art or something with his hands.  He is super smart too, almost too smart sometimes.

I have the lifetime hunting so the wma permit is covered just needed the freshwater license to cover all bases.  Even though I am a county resident and cane pole with no license in resident county, the WMA has it's own set of rules. I have the state saltwater with blue crab trap so that covers area. I have 2 more years then I can get the old fart license for everything and be done with it. Having an attorney to decipher all this is optional.

Just got back from the dump and took a shower. Had a few rain drops on the windshield but hopefully that will be it for today. It can rain all it wants tomorrow afternoon but I have to get 1k gallons of water in the morning. We really do need the rain. The stock pond is probably only a foot deep right now.😳

Relocated 3 squirrels today. We have a lot of them around. It is not unusual to see 6 or 7 running around the yard at the same time. They are tearing up my bird feeders and chasing the birds away. They also have been chewing into a few bird houses, so I started live trapping them.  I take them a couple miles away to a large wood and set them free there.  More will probably move in, but I feel like I am thinning out the herd. they sure cuss me out when I pick up the trap and put it into the bed of my truck.
