I buried my old little dog this afternoon after her peaceful death today. She died laying on her side wagging her tail. I have never seen a dog wag their tail as they died before, I think it was an answered prayer.

Most of my pups passed content throughout the decades.

With the help of some pb Blaster removed her O2 Sensor from the Fiesta Baby Girl drives that used to be Memsahib's.  Gotta get it through emissions this month and it's throwing that code.  Also removed the Fuel pump from the 98 Accord to see if I can get the pump and gasket both aligned and sealed so the pump will actually work and that car should start....Memsahib says when "we" sell the 98 Accord that money can be used to purchase a tandem VanHuk Kayak I've been eyeballing for fishing and float hunting.....(kinda AG related)

When Killer went to the  nursing home we bought his 2003 GMC Sierra 4x4. The truck is loaded and he took great care of it. We rarely use the truck and it spends most of it days just parked inside the gate collecting pollen. The security system runs the battery down it I don't disconnect it.... which I failed to do last time I ran it maybe a year ago.
This morning I hooked the auto trickle charger to it. I started it a bit ago and it fired right up. Tomorrow we'll give it a bath and a good cleaning out and next week I'll retag and put the insurance back on it. It will share daily use with the Titan.

I love basic full-sized pickups.  I just can't afford to gas them.  I had a 2005 Titan.  Loved everything about it except the 13.7mpg...lol

Spent 2.5 hours in the penalty box at City Council Agenda Work Session after a full day training a new hire Engineer.
Got my deposit back from the rental for Baby Girl's graduation party.  Looking at my Honeydo list and DVR UFL game about to flip a trick coin.....

We got on the road late  I had some things to do first including getting the pet/house sitter settled in. We are approaching Flagstaff now.

Made it to work this a.m.  Suffering from Shingles, Neuropathy, Vertigo, and Lumbago as well as various orthopedic issues.  The APM was there.  He's as beat up as me.  Allen, the maintenance mechanic, came in.  He's got Prostate cancer and a hernia.  We're short three rangers already and two of the young fellows called in sick.  So us three "old guys" got to work.

Yeah sh!t stuff got done right today.

I came home and drank two VERY Bloody Mary's in a row.

It was that kinda day.

I hope I never get the shingles, I have enough problems with the PsA as it is. The vertigo I can relate to for sure, 2 days of that last week was enough. Hope you get to feelin' better. I probably would have had a dozens BM's to get through that mess. Spent most of the day in the garden getting pots ready to plant the seedlings that are in the trays. The fish in the pond are full and happy with all the grubs and mole crickets I sieved out of the dirt. Just got done spraying for cut worms on my beets and swiss chard. The lady bugs and lacewings have eaten their fair share of the mealy bugs and aphids on the citrus. Next month I will dump another batch of both on the plants. I will be glad when the chestnut quits blooming. The catkins stink, it's kind of a musty, sweet smell but one good thing the burs are starting to set so hopefully I will have chestnuts this fall. This is the most this tree has ever bloomed since I planted it. I will have a good citrus and pear crop this year as well.

Drove up to Flagstaff to sign the will and trust then headed back to Williams for gas, lunch at Taco Bell. Then went to Safeway and did a little shopping. Came home, climbed up on the airgun shed and nailed down some shingles that had been blown off yesterday. Then got to put together a kitty condo.🤬🤬.

My shingles are somewhat in remission right now (no active rashes) but the Neuropathy is in full affect. Feet and fingers buzz and sting like I'm being tortured for something bad I did.
I got out early this morning and washed the GMC then I ran it down to the gas station and put gas in it. It ran great... I did an oil change on it just before parking it a year or so ago. Today I'll check all the fluids and filters and look for critter nests.
Next week I'll tag and insure it.
