 After dropping off the weeks supply of apple cider, I made a stop at TS to get some charcoal and what not, saw this Jeep for sale there very tempting it is even 4WD  2500 droolars though 


 So I went home dropped off the charcoal then sat here for 4 hours and saw nothing I was hunting for

We drove over to Dallas.  Marjorie has a flight out of Love Field to Tampa in the morning to visit her son and DIL for a week.

How To Wash A Cat" joke
1. Thoroughly clean the toilet.
2. Add the required amount of shampoo to the toilet water, and have both lids lifted.
3. Obtain the cat and soothe him while you carry him towards the bathroom.
4. In one smooth movement, put the cat in the toilet and close both lids (you may need to stand on the lid so that he cannot escape). CAUTION: Do not get any part of your body too close to the edge, as his paws will be reaching out for any purchase they can find.
5. Flush the toilet three or four times. This provides a "power wash and rinse" which I have found to be quite effective.
6. Have someone open the door to the outside and ensure that there are no people between the toilet and the outside door.
7. Stand behind the toilet as far as you can, and quickly lift both lids.
8. The now-clean cat will rocket out of the toilet, and run outside where he will dry himself.

The lock nut on the brake adjustment had back off on my golf cart buggy so I fixed that.

A mouse had chewed the wire to the neutral switch on my 1993 Yamaha Moto-4 350cc 4-wheeler. I fixed that.

Road the trail around the perimeter of my property trimming low limbs and fallen branches.

Spent some part of the day in the dark, the power company decided to have major equipment failure, a transmission line tower cross support broke off and left the area with no electricity for 4 hours. Anyway, I just found small outdoor stuff to do until the power came back on. I had wood working stuff in an oven curing the resin when the power went off, luckily it was pretty well set, so no disaster occurred in that project. Tomorrow is another day to finish up the chicken stuff and get some more of the yard mowed now that the grass has slowed up for a minute. I am hoping by this weekend I can finish fine tuning the Hercules to hunt with.

Good riddance to dusty mowing this year. Had enough of that to last 3yrs! Now I just use the mower to inspect the property and fix whatever issue that pops up. For example I found a rat nest under my outside shop shelf so I slapped some rat baits under there yesterday then covered over their entrance and exit where I've seen no new activity so I think that did the trick because usually they'll open their routes again otherwise. Tired of my PITA phone not working right and dropping bluetooth connections so I got a new phone and transferred everything from the old to the new so now everything is working better plus the new phone fits my old phone cases and holsters despite being a little different size. The old phone has an execution order to be dispatched tomorrow via shotgun until only tiny bits and pieces remain.

I was on the late shift today and to my delight the boss asked me first thing to jump on a mower.  So I spent four hours on the zero turn and two hours towing the Goat blower around the park.  Like something out of Forrest Gump.  "They let me mow the grass."

It's probably not as rough as your place but it does have lots of stumps, boulders, ruts, trees, fences, ditches, and beaucoup cement parking stops!
I was kicking up huge clouds of dust and my eyes are burning right now.

We went to our youngest daughter's for taco's, a grandson and wife and two great grand kids from Idaho were supposed to be there too but due to him losing his billfold on the plane they didn't make it.
  His billfold made a round trip flight and was found on the plane back in Idaho, with all it's contents including $600 cash. He had the Sherriff's Deputy pick it up at the airport and his mom already got it from them. She is going to overnight it to him so he'll have hid ID and such for their flight back home next week.

Sam I hate that and no matter how much you drink afterward you still have sand in your teeth. I've never been able to find goggles that keep the dust out of my eyes without my eyes burning from me sweating.

Dan glad no one saw that wallet or else they would have swiped the cash and went on a spending spree with whatever credit cards he had in it too.
