Started to clear the back wall of the shop so I can build some storage cabinets.  As I'm moving things out of the shop to make room to build, I'm realizing that I have too much stuff... way too much. 🙄

I got it cleared.  Ready to rebuild... 🦾🦾🦾🤠

I am in the market for a bell target to add to the indoor activity list in the shop.  That will be fun year round I think.

Not too hard to make from a section of 2" or 4" square pipe. 1/4" thick should repel all dings and dents...  pun intended. 
Put a thick saw blade in front of it, most have a 5/8" hole.

Brett that stain color looks real nice. I like the roof rafters and boards. Are you going to leave those visible or insulate and cover them with drywall to help keep it warmer in there?

My partner bailed on me today so I was the late shift alone.  I finished the mowing I've been working on all week and then ran around dealing with other peoples crisis until closing time.  I chased everybody off the beach, cleaned the restrooms, and called it a week.

I'm leaving the framing exposed.  The building was supposed to be a tear down when we moved in 18 years ago.  Time and money never materialized to do that so I just been doing things to it here and there over the years making due with what I already had.  Wish I had a vision for the building from the start but I didn't know that I would be keeping it. I might have done a better job if I had.

The AC condensation P trap line clogged so there was water that traveled on the floor through the wall into the next room. I have wet walls and carpet drying out with the fans and towels drying out on the patio. Fun to do at midnight and first thing in the morning let me tell you. Highly recommend it! Unclogged the line with bleach and all seems well now. Fun reminder to flush your P traps at least twice a year to prevent that.

Nice haul on the potatoes, somebody is getting read\y to burn up the kitchen canning taters. Yes the yellow flies have begun here as well, killed the first one this afternoon working in the garden. Time get out the black spray paint and fly paper and set the traps. Spent most the day stringing misters through the garden. Now to find the timer, saw it the other day in the mass clean up, just got figure out where stored it.

I made a new "playpen" for moving chicks from the brooder into the coop to live with the rest of the flock. It's like an intermediate brooder without heat to get the chicks accustomed to the rest of the flock and vice versa.

I moved some rocks around, built a platform for my smoker, shoveled some dirt and compost and ate a lot.  No shooting today---yet.
