I just read that the Indiana State Police are warning people to stay inside and stay clear of Drake Terrace Apartments.
The situation is fluid and ongoing. One hour has elapsed in this standoff.
Any concerned citizen going down there armed, could easily get mistaken for the bad guy.
Keep us posted as to the unfolding events of this grave situation.

I just read that the Indiana State Police have stated that the standoff ended shortly after 6 a.m. with the suspect having died in route to the hospital.
