Since I changed the streaming network from the bar router to the house, for some reason, we had to go through each of our streaming providers and log in... and as usual, I forgot all but one of the passwords and had to wait for responding e-mails and reset them. I also had to do a system upgrade to a ROKU device. This whole journey took about 5 hours this morning. BTW.. This time I hung the wall mount with 3" deck screws into wall studs.
On a better note... Betty Lou and Rambo forgave me for snapping.

I pulled my crab pots again this a.m.  No luck.  The warm weather and the rain has moved the crabs off shore.  I helped the memsahib in the garden for several hours.  Then I took mom and the memsahib for a a run down to the bay in the pontoon boat.  It was a beautiful day but windy so I didn’t venture out on the bay.  The sun is over the yardarm now so libations are in order.  Proper sailors (and all pirates) drink rum!  I’ve got my ration of grog and my pipe is full of McBarens Navy blend so all is in good nautical order!

I haven't fished for crappie in years, it's all saltwater fishing. Since I have retired I will probably go back to freshwater during the summer when the bays get to crowded with idiots. I do cast my own jigs and tie flies for freshwater and did a lot of freshwater fishing before I moved to panhandle. I am building sabiki rigs for bait and mackerel when they start running here. Yep, it's that time of the year to knock the dust of the gear and boat and head for the water.

I use a white wet fly for bubble fishing for crappie. I just have to wait for the ice to get out of the way of the water. Probably about early May.

Took the dog for a walk and a bobcat trotted across the  road about 30-40 feet in front of us.  Dog didn't see the bobcat as he was busy sniffing for turds.   This was the first bobcat I've seen here.  My wife has seen one on our lawn and I've spotted the tracks before.   Haven't seen many rabbits lately.

The memsahib and I made the hour's trek into town and went to the bank.  Dealing with our bank brings new meaning to the phrase "Bank robbery".  Feeling much poorer we decided to blow the rest of our savings on fast and riotous living!  So we stopped at Whataburger for lunch.

Around 1800 (or two bells of the second dog watch) the memsahib announced that the sun had reached the proper declination so I ordered an extra round of grog for the captain and crew!

Doing much better tonight, managed to get some things cleaned up, did maintenance on my dremel tools and finally found the charger to one of them. Can't live out the darn things, they are so versatile and can reach in some places regular power tools can't.

That's what I tried using at first to cut the 4 panes out of my window(think tic tact toe grid with 9 window sections) but the wheel wasn't large enough to cut all the way through without the base grinding against the frame. I had to cut them one handed with the grinder while holding the frame in the other hand which was tricky but it worked without any scuffs on the frame and now I can see way better out of the window.

Try Cruzan vanilla rum if you haven't yet because it's the only rum I've ever enjoyed drinking all by itself. The stuff tastes great! It's also good with milk, chocolate milk, dr pepper ect.

Dremels do have some limitations, I use a flex shaft for the up close cutting and grinding. I buy most of, if not all my bits off of Ebay. They work just as well and quarter of the cost.

I inherited all my BIL's Dremel stuff when he passed.. I'm talking boxes of it. I have to even break the surface of using it all. I have found what I have used to be very handy. I've got the vices, flex extension in various lengths, angle attachments, router stuff and boxes of bits. I've even got the Dremel vibrating sanding tool... just a boatload of it. Even the engraver.

My brother used my Dremel to do a little adjustment on our mother's dentures.  That is a very versatile tool.

I finally got a leaky compressor to quit leaking. I’m bushed, this week has sucked the life out of me. I have the unit on a vacuum and letting it pull down, I’m taking a breather. Hopefully, when I go back inside, it’ll take a charge and run. I want to go home and forget about work a couple days.

Nope, that's our old boy chance. He's coming up on 14. The perp is a 10 month old black English lab. He's a male version of Travis's Olive and weighs almost as much as chance.
