I mowed the yard at first light in prep to a hospital visit. Now, I'm still in our local hospital awaiting an ambulance to take me to Tyler for treatment for Pulmonary Edema. Wish me luck, if you please.

The Serotta road bicycle had about 38,000 miles on the brakes. About 37,000 of the miles were Louisiana 'flat land' miles. The brake pad were fine when I brought the bicycle here in 2017. But all of a sudden, the pads were down to the replace indicators. So I pulled the old pad off and ordered new ones from Amazon. I was actually surprised those pads were available from Amazon - and at a much lower price than from the Nashbar folks too. So, the mountain bicycle will get a little use for a couple of days.
