We came home from a two night camping trip. We haven't been out in our camper since the January blizzard for various health reasons. There were no leaks and everything worked as if new. Martha, with her COPD and Pacemaker, has gotten pretty good with the setup and takedown and my new Mobility Scooter allows me to do my part. We got home, unhooked and unloaded just minutes before the cold front and rains hit. We've taken the 'For Sale' signs off of it and have booked December trips. We're goin' campin' some more.

I've spent my day wishing I was back to doing HVAC such as replacing a heat exchanger ijn a 12" crawl under swampy houses with copperhead nests everywhere I turn or replacing an A-frame evaporator coil while fighting monster hornet in 1:12 pitch 120* attics shingled with 20-penny ring-shank nails and 15" of Rockwool insulation while buck naked.I don't see how a bunch of grown adult office professionals can be such a selfish clueless non-communicating bunch of nitwits. And yes, that's being extremely nice.
I have successfully completed one side of the ball joint/bearing repair on my truck. Test drove it to make sure the wheel didn't fall off and the brakes stopped it. Will start on the other side this weekend. Still have to get the muffler system and evap system repaired to iron out the rough running, gas sucking mess it's in. All good, just tired, it's been a long week for me.
The boss turned me loose with some power tools. I got to break in the new Stihl brush cutter. Works good on saplings but I prefer my Stihl power hedge trimmer for most work. So I went back and forth between the two and cleared about 400 feet of fence line. Saplings, muscadine, and smylax. Looks like slaw now. Tomorrow I will be driving boats. Friday probably more brush clearing.
@ Kris: you never sit still, do ya? I'm thinking you need to get out on the water and do some fishing, then come back and shoot one of them Korean big-bores.
