You'll enjoy those tools. I love my cordless impact driver you'll use it a lot.  And my 460 Channek Lock pliers get used far more than I would have thought.

I may have to buy a set of the
#460 for myself.

I've got multiple pairs of #426, 3 pair of #420, #357, #425, #424, #526, #E336, #337, #422, 2 pairs #326, strippers / crimpers,  splitring pliers, 6-1 driver...ect and the list goes on.

I even have a Channellock branded Camillus electricians knife.

Couple months ago I picked up a 3 piece cordless DeWalt set from the pawnshop for $100. I got the impact driver, the drill and the sawzall. I got 2 lithium batteries, charger and bag. Best set I ever owned. I also bought that bit set you show.

So far I'm liking this set, the brushless motors really are very efficient .
I'm probably going to miss the smell of burning Ozone from my old brushed cordless tools though.

I got a couple other cordless drills around here but I honestly couldn't even tell you where they are right now... probably down in the shop in a drawer. Batteries probably aren't even charged. I inherited a ton of tools when my BIL passed. Stuff I have yet to even use. More Dremel stuff than any one man needs.

I've had many dremels, and I like the features of the modern ones but they just don't last like the old Racine made models.

If I didn't know better I'd swear I was talking about Sheridans here 


Seriously though they were better, metal fans, stout cords, good quality motors, steel chuck lock buttons.
They could really take a beating.

I had an old dental drill body with sheathed cable 30 some years ago we pulled out of the dump (remember those?) And dad attached a tiny Jacob's needle chuck in it.

That sucker was smooooooth! Anything new just seems so harsh in comparison.

Shopping for a new manual transmission silver car (no, I do not like blue, lol!) 





I drive a basic manual transmission Nissan (don't need anything fancy) car, which got bumped on the driver's side door by an unregistered and no-insurance car, so I don't like it anymore---off it goes when I get it back 

It is in the shop right now where they will replace everything with new parts (i.e., door, handle, mechanism, etc.)

Fortunately, only the door got smeared by the onslaught and nothing else.

The running board, rear door, and front fender are totally unscathed.

My car is spotless and very clean inside and out even if it is only a cheap one just like my airgun builds 

I use it for Door Dash (my sideline), and it averages close to 40MPG 

I can make $1k/week (yes, not per month, lol!) with Door Dash when I am in the mood to go for it the whole day for 6 days a week.

Makes me laugh when I hear people lamenting about not having a decent job--I mean, there is Grub Hub, Post Mates, etc. to enable you to earn extra money, yo!

A Filipino guy like me in Maryland (they tip so much better in that state) earns close to $300/day, so come on!

Lol, it is tempting, especially when you are hungry, Mr. D!

Some bags are actually open, so you can see what is inside and smell them big time too!

I will never attempt to do a taste test though, or even grab a fry or two, as that would amount to stealing and dishonesty.

Sometimes you get very lucky when you deliver food.

One time, I got an order from Cracker Barrel, then delivered it less that 2 miles away--the customer, a haughty-looking but elegant lady, gave me $43 

No joke, but I had a 20 YO something pretty customer who had no panties on her---her shirt got snagged when she took her food and turned around 

She just smiled at me for her folly

She is working now and won't be home until late... but say's there is no damage.
I find that hard to believe.
 I will check it in the morning.

I got up today and discovered my Dell 19" monitor died while I slept. I had Samsung 920BW 19" that works fine setting on my other desk, and I hooked it up for a while but went out and bought an Asus 24". I now have a duel set up with a 24” main and the Samsung 920BW 19" as the secondary. I have to get use to the mouse cursor traveling back and forth, but I think I like it.

They look so much better than some ugly bright and new pair.
These big # 460's are actually a gift for my uncle.

My grandfather gave his to me as well. Don't know how old they are but the screwdriver he gave me is old too. I had to smooth it's bent flathead tip on the table grinder the other day. Both tools make me think of him anytime I use them.

I have some plumbing tools from my great grandpa and a a variety from my grandpa too, a whole bunch of files, calipers, drill bits, end mills, taps and dies and some machinist tools I can't identify because I never saw anything like them before and apparently haven't needed them yet.
