Sorry Scott,  I was going to add something but............ well heck, I can say that I  bushhogged (is that one word or two?), anyway I  bushhogged (mowed with a 6' cutter behind my tractor)the trail around the homestead today.  My wife wants to start walking every morning so I cut and trimmed the trail around the perimeter of our property.

I remembered what I was going to add. Praying for you Scott .

The new security camera dvr came in. I installed a 500gb sata hd in it and set it up this morning. Works great. Needs a bit more tweaking.... gonna run it through a wireless router so we can access it through the laptops. For now it's on an HDMI static 24" monitor in the gun room.
I love reading Chenglish manuals.... 
One of the cameras on the 4 camera system down in the barn/shop has gone bad. I need to order a new one for that system. I repurposed a table top oscilating fan into a panner across the entire back property.

Today I plan on mapping the 4-wheeler trails on our property where I hunt deer.  We use an app called Huntstand. https://www.huntstand.com/ and it works great.

As well as mapping the trails for PB hunting I'm also going to scout out the hardwood thickets and hollows for squirrel hunting with my Parrus .22.

Today I'll be mapping the trails on both our 94 acres as well as the 100 acres adjacent to ours; it's owned by one of my wife's cousins.  But I'll only scout for squirrel on our property.

I won't be taking any rifles only the usual 9mm handgun.

I'm excited as I've hunted this property for years for deer but never squirrel.  So I'll be looking with a new eye for signs.

Retirement is great.

Nice Dan..... just downloaded that app. It will be great for mapping trails at the atv parks that we visit regularly.

Rat damage control on my truck, came home from my cousin's place last and didn't have any running lights. Did a full inspection of the engine compartment and found the damage, chewed one or two wires right at the fire wall, this is going to be a fun repair job. So I am doing full maintenance and inspection on the truck and then fix that mess. Time for a bait station and ding donger and start taking these pests out.

I hope you get it fix easier than you think it will be. I had cotton tail rabbits eat all the wires under the hood of a car that was parked for about six months before the parking lot was paved. I was really surprised that it was rabbits but I caught them in the act and there was rabbit dung on top the motor too, so I knew it was the rabbits that did it.
 So why my screen name, you guessed it.

I noticed today when you start and stop a trace and start again it doesn't always connect with where your left off. But to start a trace and continue to the end works well.

I downloaded the app and paid for a year to the Pro version. I have already created map profiles for 3 atv parks we visit. We plan to spend 3 days at one of them this weekend. I'm gonna try tracing some trails.

Thanks Dan, this isn't the first time or will be the last. The rats are worse now with all the downed trees and brush from the hurricane. From what I can tell with the wiring set up is just unplug some stuff and drag it back through the firewall and hook up what was chewed up and shove it back through. It's amazing how one animal can do so much damage in a short period of time.

Not long Bill, may be 2 minutes at the most, I fill the Ataman in about 4 minutes and that's 2000 to 4300psi. The Hercules takes about 7 with the double bottles. Beats a hand pump or tank any day. The auto shut off is really nice feature. I shot 3 guns(Ataman, Kral NP-03, Kral Mega Marine) with it all day yesterday. I have followed the instruction to the letter and not had any problems with it. The manual is available on PA.

 The quality was obviously better than my Y. H. for that kind of Duty Cycle.

My recovery from shoulder surgery is going well but taking far too long.  I'm still stuck in the penalty box (ranger station).  Boring as heck for eight hours.  I did more sketching today.  Exploring ideas for paintings, though the lord knows when I will get a chance to paint.

 The quality was obviously better than my Y. H. for that kind of Duty Cycle.

Yep, I think I have settled on that one. The Vevor is chugging right along just like the day I got it. Hopefully it will continue to. And I recently started filling the Avenger to 4k. Before that, 3k was as high as I'd taken it. Takes under a minute to fill from 2300psi to 4k. High temp at 125f from ambient 72f.

I replaced the belt and tension pulley in my old Kenmore cloths dryer.   It's a dryer that was in this house when I bought my house in 1998.  I put a heating element in it about 5 years ago and figured what the heck, ordered the parts, they came yesterday and I fixed it early this morning.  I did a load of laundry then headed out in the woods for some exercise with my Liberty.
