Left Saint George Utah at 5:40 AM and rode 392 miles home in 5 hours and 50 minutes. That was making good time on "Cruiser" motorcycles considering we made 4 stops along the way too.

Dan, "that was making good time" at over 67 MPH. You are sounding like my son. He earned a ticket in Virginia on a Iron Butt ride. He was doing a little over the speed limit because he had stood on the pegs to pull his shorts out of . . . . You probably understand that better than I do.

I am still cooling down (physically and MENTALLY) after cleaning my yard, sweeping my driveway, and washing the fireworks residue off my truck after the fun the neighbors had last night. Thank you very much friends. [Purple indicates sarcasm.)

The speed limit in NV and UT was posted mostly 80mph and in CA 70 and 75mph part of the time. we stayed at or within 10mph of the posted limit almost all the time. I know if I got a ticket for 10 over I would have earned it but there were a lot of vehicles passing us and several got pulled over. Between UT, NV, and CA we saw about 30 Highway Patrol on our way home, they were out in force for the weekend.

Got this mole in my scissor trap. The two cats that hang around did nothing with it after sniffing it they just walked off. If it's not alive where they can torture it they're not interested I guess.

Checked my trailcams and look at this big cuss I found! What a beauty! He's as wide as the floor pan on my mower and is as tall as the front of it as well. I know because of another picture taken with me on it right there. For perspective I can drive my mower and tractor down that trail. I'm guessing it's around 35lbs. I've never killed a bobcat but I want it around so I'm not shooting it.

Little nit picky things on the Titan pickup.
Ordered a door ajar switch.
Learned how to reset the check engine and airbag lights.
Found that annoying rattle. It's coming from the passenger door. It needs tweaked.
Learned how to adjust the Kenwood stereo for optimum sound.
Got the bluetooth paired with my cell.
Put the Realtree seat covers on.
New floor mats.

Sure wish I could say that. Last week ours was all burnt up, mowed the week before. Now it looks like a jungle. I’m going to tackle all of it tomorrow after Church, which means it’s going to be Hot! It’s too wet right now.

City wide garage sale then I mowed. We had a terrible wind/storm come thru night before last. Many trees uprooted or snapped in 2, some landing on houses and vehicles. NOAA figures +75MPH sustained straight winds. Lights in town baseball field blown over. Lumber yard tin sheds were scattered for 100 yards across a major US highway. My house had minor damage, lost a piece of trim siding on the corner of my garage, so I'll be making a call to the insurance man Monday. That trim is somewhere near the Kansas state line the way it was blowin'.

Drove to Andalusia, did some shopping and had lunch at David's Catfish House. The drove on into Florida and picked up some PowerBall tickets for tonight's drawing.
The Titan did awesome. Set the cruise on 68 and sat back to enjoy the scenery.
The traffic going the other way (Florida beaches bound. Or maybe Disney) was as if there was no pandemic at all.... crazy.
