I remember those, I think I hated them. If I remember correctly, every time you needed to mow they were out of gas, ours held about a pint, it would always run out of gas 300 yards from the gas can. What kind do you have? Mine was a Craftsman. Growing up I pushed a big wheel Yazoo, 10 hp horizontal Briggs, 24" cut. All the guards were taken off.... I loved that mower.

I loved that mower.I am using a DR timmer mower because of the amount storm debris still on the ground, also with it being so dry I don't want to set the yard on fire either. It is easier to use than a regular push mower. It will take out woody stem plants up to a 1/2 inch. It uses a .155 dia. weedeater string. Besides it's good exercise as well. I have the electric start model, that has been a plus for me. Mine is 4 years old and still have the original battery in it.https://www.drpower.com/Power-Equipment/Trimmer-Mowers/Walk-Behind/DR-Trimmer-Mower/p/TR45072BMN
Getting back on the GTA after rescuing my computer. So nice to have my machine back!Last week I tried to load a legacy driver (Windows 7) onto a Windows 10 laptop and something went horribly wrong. Not quite blue screen, but about the same--computer went into "recovery environment" and none of the choices to fix things were working. It was looking like I'd have to manually recover what wasn't backed up (everything...), let my IT folks reload Windows, and then piece everything back to almost the way it was. Reading online convinced me I could reformat the partition that had the boot information (EFI, if you follow that) and then let Windows rebuild what it needed. It actually worked, though at first it didn't seem like it did. But, sure enough, on the next restart, though it crashed I at least got an option to start in safe mode and I was back in business. On the next restart, I was able to login properly.Only took me like 5 days to figure it out, but it would have taken longer to let my IT folks fix it their way (reload--fixes everything!). I have since created a restore point for minor fixes and a system backup if my solid state drive should kick the bucket. Now I'm working through my files to clean out what I don't need any more, archiving whatever I don't simply throw out.
