Spent 13 hours today prepping a floor for installation. Now sitting in the condo near Redondo Beach drinking a few beers.

Working in this retched heat this week, on top of that I had a senior moment at work. I decide I needed a new hose and pipe stand, accidentally moved the hose out of the way while mowing and a part of it had flipped over my trailer hitch on my truck. Well I left work and it went with me, after some nut job about sideswiped me, I pulled over to see what the problem was, 50ft. of hose and nozzle was hanging on the hitch. Then that moment hit, went back, sure enough water was everywhere. Shut the water off and went home, I will deal with it in the morning. Now I am up at 12:30 a.m. in excruciating pain from a monster flare and a truck load of morphine isn't going to help either.

Thanks Scott. It's a full moon and hot weather, bad combination right there. I am doing a little better this morning, not much sleep last night so it will be a little tough getting through the day.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who has a bad day sometimes. Spent hours cleaning my elderly uncle's poop off his mower and fixing it's numerous problems since my non working mower is in the process of repair then while mowing my several acres in the hot blazing sun I discovered not one but two underground water leaks in my sprinkler lines that need fixing in my front yard and that's in addition to the two in my back yard that I also need to fix. So many problems to fix, so little time. So much infuriating aggravation with that and several other things the day called for a rib eye and a beer.

Still grateful to God for the physical strength and stamina to get done what all is needed. Beats being immobilized from too much pain to do anything and being in a wheelchair. Even so I need a vacation. I'm wore out.

That's assault all day long. Did it leave a mark on your back? Consider calling the cops on the idiot and having them arrested and charged for it and getting a lawyer if that ridiculous attack causes you physical pain where you need to spend any money at all for it, chiropractor ect. That's completely unacceptable behavior out of anyone let alone a manager. If you can get pictures of the broken glasses it may help too. Don't let that prik off the hook. At the very least file a complaint with the supervisor. They have clearly done that before with other people to do so with you and will do so again to others as well if you don't stop the puke by giving them consequences for their bad behavior. I hope the chump gets fired at the very least.

The power cable came in for the Lowrance Eagle fishfinder today. I'll mount that in the fishing boat this evening.

Gettin' ready for round 2 of hurricane season, yep we are off to an early start this year. It won't take much to wreck this place again. Being a holiday weekend this should prove interesting for sure and yes the tourist are already piling in for the weekend. Severe flooding will be our biggest headache in this area, the creeks and ditches are full of storm debris. Just another exciting day on the frontier.
