And the instructions are entirely in Chinese, I think??
I received my unit yesterday as today I shot 80 rounds using 7 different pellets. 10 shots per pellet and shot the COHP’s twice because the first group had too much variation in speed. The unit gives speeds in meters/second. I had a surprise once I sat down to do the conversions to ft./sec. the numbers where a lot slower than expected. The CPHP’s were nearly 200 ft/sec slower than the speed report that came with the rifle. So now I’m left to wonder if there is a problem with the chrono, the rifle or both.

Benjamin included a 5 shot QC target and a 10 round chronograph printout tape with the rifle. My understanding is Benjamin uses the CP Domes for the target and crony testing which should be near enough to the CPHC’s to use as a benchmark. So I am showing a 200 FPS loss compared to the chrony printout that Benjamin put in the box. I received the rifle early May of this year, and it is a Fortitude Gen2. Has anyone else experienced a similar difference in reported speed using one of the cheap chronies?
What formula are you using to convert meters per second to feet per second?
